Absolutely love this place ....
Just went to pool here
The was no waiter, this was not a restaurant more like fast food but not fast at all. Also I sat at the bar and was not even approached if I wanted a beverage. Just a hands up to who ever wants to come here that isn’t local because you will be treated differently

The staff are pleasant and provide great poolside service. On Tuesdays they have poolside movies for the kids. Had a great day there, Thanks to the pool staff

Supposed to get food delivered, was then told I'd have to go get it...then all drinks and food was wrong, missing utensils and very rude person on the phone.. not to mention super over priced!!!! Would not recommend!!!
This is an updated review because it's changed since last time I went a couple years ago. It took over an hour and half to get our food and is pretty common once this place gets busy. Wings were over cooked and they charge extra for the fries even though their hamburgers are around ten bucks.
Only because I had to give a star. The pool is nice. The resort could really make some good revenue if they got rid of the rude party staff, and hired some real hospitality service. The staff sit here and drink, take care of each other but they aren't concerned with guests. They are partying on the bosses dime but not doing anything to help make money for the boss. They are costing the resort business (about $300.00 in an hour with just My crew, I had 5 people). My guy Jon Taffer would have a fit with this staff. I feel sorry for the owner because of the business potential being lost by staff running off paying guests. Smug dirty looks, eyes rolling, we didn't stick around. Better service at the gas station.
I don't know if they have a new cook but I was extremely disappointed with my pizza. They didn't make what I order. Got the toppings all wrong. It was very soggy. Superbowl 2022 day. Terrible management.

Great staff, very friendly. Unfortunately the customer wifi is always broken which is important if you have spotty reception.
Under staffed. Seemed super unorganized. Music blaring. Messy. No thanks.
I love this place. Its such a nice facility with lots of options and accommodations for a wide range of people and needs. It is big enough and spread out a lot so numerous people can enjoy. There is a good size shallow pool for the littles and poolside staff to order food and drinks.
Great place, the service was fast and affordable. The pool was also very relaxing.
