Had a delicious nitro cold brew and shot of espresso Sunday morning on the way out of town.
I’m not surprised Just Bee has 5 stars. The nitro cold brew Belen made me this morning is perfection. She’s very knowledgeable about coffee and lovely to visit with. I will be coming back every time I’m in Eureka! Thank you <3

Stopped in and got a cortado-and discovered that the owner is an aspiring bee keeper! (plus roasts their own coffee on the cutest roaster EVER!). Coffee was delicious, and conversation was wonderful. All in all, a gem of a place!
Listen to me when I say this is the BEST place to get coffee. It’s absolutely delicious. Belin supplies 3 of our companies in Eureka with coffee and customers are always gushing about it. Belin is also super sweet, considerate and accommodating! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
Amazing experience. Wonderful service and recommendations on tea and coffee and both have lots of hot and cold and caffeinated and decaf options.

A must stop. We stop every time we are in town. Great coffee and fantastic Tea. I love her blood orange latte. She had wonderful bunt cake slices as well.
Great place set back off the busy highway. Belen was wonderful, friendly, and made one heck of an amazing cappuccino. I’ll be back!

Very cute little coffee shop within a brewery. Several flavors and roasts available along with milk substitutes. I enjoyed my chai tea latte.

My favorite coffee bar in all of Eureka. A most go to if you're a tourist or a local! The atmosphere is unlike any other spot in town!
