Ok so your dozen donuts for graduates promotion was cool and all but atleast the donuts you gave to me caused food poisoning, and it wasn't just me since one of my friends also had one and experienced the same symptoms.
Love Krispy Kreme! I believe this is the last location in central Arkansas, and definitely lives up to what you expect of the brand. The employees are very friendly and the donuts are delicious. For the few people who don't know about Krispy Kreme, whenever you see the light on their sign it means they are making fresh glaze donuts now! You may even get a free donut fresh off the line when you come in.

They didn't even understand what an assorted dozen with 4 glazed original was, and all I received was 4 glazed donuts, then they were rude when I was asking where the other assorted donuts I ordered were and they just told me they didn't understand what an assorted dozen was. And they didn't give me straw with my drink and it was supposed to be an iced latte but had no ice at all in it.

Been going to KK for years and this location is the only one that serves undersized, cold donuts. They never get it right!

I cannot thank the staff enough (4/6/23). I pulled into pick up my Easter doughnuts and the order had gotten misplaced. This wonderful crew cranked up their machines and within an hour they had made my specialty doughnuts and brought them to my car. You have no idea what this man’s to me. Thank you, and big shout out to the Krispy Kreme in Conway.
Day old doughnuts and fresh side by side in a box leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Literally and figuratively. Didn't think I'd need to worry about quality , with the price I'm paying. I'd say this is a pass in the future. Felt like I just paid double for a doughnut bc the old stale one was gross and got thrown away.

I can't believe I stumbled apon a Krispy Kreme. First time in Conway and my baby was taking me around to see her old college and it's definitely a college town. But I love these donuts. No other place can compare. They don't even have to be hot.
NOT up to the Krispy Kreme standard I am used to. Hopefully an off day but donuts were very small and specialty donuts tasted like day olds and very dry. Sooo disappointed!!!

This location is awful. The donuts are almost never hot, I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve actually gotten hot donuts when I’ve gone there. I drove up there today and asked if the donuts were hot. The associate said “no”, of course, but said they would be hot in 20 min. I leave and come back and ask if the donuts are hot. Again, I was told that they would be hot in 20 min. This time I sat in the parking lot. After 20 minutes, I once again ask if the donuts are hot. They said they will be in 20 min. I told the associate I would be leaving a review and she said “ok”. I called to speak to a manager and someone who said his name was “Lee”, who was clearly not the manager, got on the phone. I explained how I kept being told the same thing over and over, as if they were playing. He expressed his laughable, fake apology and stated that the donuts would actually be ready in 20 min. He proceeded to say I probably missed when they were ready because they were running a BOGO promotion so they’d been busy. That’s hilarious because there was literally one person in line the first two times I went. The last time drove around, remember, I had been sitting in the parking lot and only one car came through. Are you suggesting that one car purchased all of the donuts? This location is full of childish, disrespectful kids who have nothing better to do than to play games with customers and are too lazy to do their jobs. They barely had 4 customers in the 3 times that I was there. No one wants to eat your cold, stale donuts that have been sitting there all day because you’re too lazy to make more. It’s probably a good thing that I didn’t order any, I wouldn’t want such vile people making my food. Shop local, not at chains.
We time our drive to this location in Conway to coincide with when they're making donuts (they turn on the red Krispy Kreme neon lights on their store window). The service is great and the glazed donuts are perfect!
Over priced go to your local mom n pop shop there is nothing special about these folks
