If you like sweet treats and breads but are concerned about sugar, grains, dairy etc...this is going to make your day. The sweet treats are delicious and while you can "tell" they're not the standard recipe, the quality and flavors are so nice that you don't feel deprived! The "ding dong" is especially good and has a very nice dark chocolate finish. High quality ingredients, attractive displays, great cafe seating, very personable people.
NUT ALLERGY ALERT!!!!! ALMOND FLOUR USED HERE AND NOT ADVERTISED. With that said, this is a Keto bakery and most stuff my family tried ($25.00 dollars worth) is sweetened with Erythritol which is sweet but has a mint cold aftertaste that stays with you for a bit (as a person who has done keto I suggest In The Raw All Purpose sweetener which does taste just like sugar and has no aftertaste but is Keto friendly). Atmosphere is fun and really nice, waitstaff was very friendly. Items are PRICEY but it's a health food place and like all healthy food stuff, it's expensive.
Best breakfast and dessert in the city! They also have a variety of other hard to find health foods likes adaptogen tea and live kombucha kits. Look at that honey mustard made with raw honey 🍯 they croissant was to die for and bacon and turkeys flavor was on point. Their key lime pie is out of this world. Plus a local, family owned business!
Whether you are, are not, or were keto/dirty-keto, this bakery is wonderful. The great tasting and wonderful selection of baked goods here is amazing. Come often, because the selection changes a bit during the week. The environment and staff are very engaging and accommodating. Stay a while, bring your spouse for a fun day-date, you will enjoy your visit!

I was NOT impressed. Overpriced and the 2 different deserts I bought were just horrible. Very dry and hard. I don't know what the ingredients were but it tasted bitter. I will end eating deserts if that is what I have to choose from. Will not visit or recommend this place. Highly disappointing

Conway is blessed to have a keto bakery shop and owners that care so much about the ingredients and food. There are sweets, savory, coffee drinks, spices, and some pantry staples that you can get here. They also cater to vegan and dairy free needs. Or can cater to anything in specific upon request. I highly recommend anyone, keto or not, to stop by and give this local shop a try!!

As a family who is entirely Gluten and Dairy free we are so happy to have this gem of a bakery in Conway! All of their baked goods are grain and sugar free, and about half of their offerings are dairy free as well. Their foods are all keto friendly. They also carry a spectacular array of health foods in their store. I love the aesthetic of the bakery too. So well decorated, super cute! They also have an amazing kid play area! Very relaxing atmosphere. It’s also very spacious! Don’t miss their refrigerated section! They will sell any day old baked goods at a good discount! They also carry nice drinks like Zevia here. They also have entrees. Great for people who are gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, grain free, and on a ketogenic diet. Right across the street from a beautiful park and with a fabulous new thrift store right next to it, this place is definitely worth coming to!
If you want Keto then this could be your place. If you want taste, go elsewhere. We spent $17.00 on one honey bun, one piece of pumpkin cake and one coffee. Coffee was good. Rest of it got tossed. We told the cashier we were looking for regular bake goods, she said we wouldn't taste the difference. Wrong.
Love the turkey, Swiss, jalapeno sandwich wife got me today..it's so good 😊

I drove all the way from Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri to visit this bakery after having discovered it online. I was so shocked by the selection of yumminess!! The beautiful lady that helped me select my goodies was so thoughtful and accommodating. I nibbled on everything I purchased as I began my journey home...it's all as delicious as it looks!!! This isn't a choice for me but a lifestyle. I am so thankful I found this place and I will definitely travel back for more soon!!! a lifestyle
New to the area and this place was suggested to me for great Keto sweets. I was shocked that this bakery is Keto. I've gone twice and loved everything I've purchased. Cookies, brownies and breakfast sandwiches are totally amazing. Staff is super friendly and eager to help you navigate your way through the tasty offerings. Great place to enjoy healthy. Highly recommend.
This is a beautiful and spacious little bakery coffee shop! Such a nice atmosphere, the best blueberry muffin of my life, great coffee (no espresso machine but the cold brew was great) and a nice selection of health food items that are hard to come by in Conway - good to know if I’m in need. I’ll be back to work or grab coffee with friends. Thankful this place exists in Conway!!
