My first time there and it was a great experience. The girl working was very nice and made me a keto wrap that was not on the menu. I needed to get back to the office quickly and didn't have time to stop anywhere else so I greatly appreciated her going above and beyond.
This has become my favorite coffee place. Their seasonal drinks are always fun and delicious to try, and they also have gluten free breakfast bites that are a great snack (celiac friendly)! Ive received great customer service and was recommended an iced matcha latte with blackberry syrup and cold cream that is now my favorite drink! Highly recommend stopping by

Worth a stop! Drive thru or order in. Baked goods & drinks. And they donate proceeds from every cup to a good cause!
Ordered the Iced Mocha from their drive thru and had no issues at all. Relatively quick service but it was a non busy time. Espresso was bold enough to show through and added the kick expected with the order. I would be happy to order again! One other good add is the proximity to the airport which is perfect for arrivals or departures!
We LOVE the Joyhouse staff! They are so friendly and make great drink recommendations.
We had Joyhouse Coffee cater an event at The Bike Route. The communication with Jordan was great. They came and set up everything perfectly before the event started. It looked spectacular! Everyone raved about the food. We will be using Joyhouse to cater future events.
The vibes, service, and quality of ingredients is wonderful here. Do not* plan your trip for Jammin Java at the airport! Come here if you can spare the time!

Their coffee and food is really good and their staff is very friendly. If you like sweets, I would definitely try Kaylee’s truffles. They’re delicious!

I work here once or twice a week. Absolutely the best coffee, food and service. Very welcoming staff. Love this place.
Before I get to my review, let me first state this is simply a review of the coffee. Atmosphere is fantastic, the people are perfectly friendly, and I still come here almost weekly. That said, I can’t purchase any of their coffee. Fair warning, I’m what some might call a coffee “snob” and despite all my efforts (I’ve tried all their roasts black, w/ cream, the sweet lattes, straight espresso shots, cappuccinos, etc) I have yet to find a truly enjoyable coffee beverage. Everything comes out with the ultra burnt taste. Everything. I’m not sure if it’s the beans, or poor training for their baristas. But in my opinion the coffee is awful. If you do like that ultra burnt taste (and many do!) then definitely support this local gem. But if you’re into coffee and looking for a flavorful brew, this ain’t your spot.

Great little coffee house. These individuals don't play in to the snobbish coffee culture I have seen in NWA. Great coffee and great service! You all get the drinks out and with a smile. Thanks so much for your wonderful shop it is a sweet relief. Don't forget to throw a tip to your batista! Drinks have a fantastic taste!
