My Boi ambrose took my order and he was immaculate, 100/10 customer service and my coffee was AMAZING
I sent my 14 year old son to Nova Joes (walking) bc he isn’t old enough to drive and they wouldn’t take his order because he wasn’t in a vehicle. I will not be going there again.
Vanilla latte w/fantastic espresso
If you like fast coffee that tastes like 7Brew, this is your spot. If you’re looking for a quality, well roasted espresso beverage that isn’t insanely sweet- I politely say, Nova Joes just isn’t your spot.
Amazing coffee! I got the expresso shake with an extra shot of expresso and it was so amazing!
First and last time here. We had to have them remake our hot drinks because they were barely warm. Even after that, they still weren’t right. I don’t think they actually remade them. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.
Wish they had more sweet treats like scones or muffins or other baked goods. The food we got was okay nothing spectacular. The drinks are wonderful

Stopped for a coffee for the long drive home....it appeared that my coffee was brewed and delivered by a Nascar Pit Crew...I guess coffee ain't that hard...but there were a ton of folks in line the walked out to take my order....just expected a long wait.....then ka-boom, Rollin with a hot cup a joe....and all was well...Yippee Ky Yea

Don't really care for the way they have it set up but the coffee is ok I prefer Dunkin still but when you don't have a Dunkin for 100 miles you take what you can get.
Fast Service, Excellent Food
I'm wondering who gave less than 5 stars? The chicken sandwiches are the best I've ever had. I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere but this restaurant is drive thru only. What can I say? The inside of my car is nice. Just joking around but if you want the best chicken sandwich you've ever had, give Nova Joe's a try, you will be glad you did!

Worst customer service ever! This is 3 times now I have pulled in and been ignored while they come out and take the order of someone who pulled in after me! Do better!!!
