Surprisingly, they did not have what I was looking for. Very neat, well organized place. Customer service was great.

They make an effort to stock books highlighting diverse experiences and I really appreciate that. A good place to chat with friends or relax by yourself :)
Who doesn't love books?! But the customer service here is great. They will order books from the warehouse and have them delivered to the store then text or call when the book is available. Also lots of cool gifts for everyone but especially kids

Not your typical bookstore. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The set up is rather annoying but with a little extra time you can find what you need.
Nice to set foot in a bookstore after all these years. B/N still the same. Oh...and a Starbucks here too!

The staff are less than knowledgeable and even less friendly. All they do is talk with each other and spend their time at the Starbucks.

It's the right time to hang out in the book store; loads of holiday savings & cool little gadgets, while enjoying your favorite Starbucks treats. Make sure to give yourself time though because they close by 7pm on weeknights.
