I gave 3 stars based only on the donuts being soft and very good in my opinion. However the employees are very rude. They complain if you're too slow when ordering especially a dozen of different donuts, which makes the experience very unpleasant. The cleanliness of the location is very mediocre in my experience. It's definitely not a place where I choose to sit at there tables and eat in. I have also seen other comments concerning an additional card fee and I have never been giving a receipt from this place to know exactly, I know they don't have any signs up when we have went showing there was additional card fees. So I would be aware.

So far I have only tried coffee and matcha with boba. The doughnuts are good and they have a good variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and do their best. No complains.

I went in at 4:30 asked for a donut and they wouldn’t serve me any until 6:30 pm even though there were many donuts out in the display.

Majority of the time food was good. It may be dependent upon the time when you go in though. I've received a few food items that did not appear to be made with fresh ingredients. Donuts are almost always fantastic.
