I love everything about Vail Coffee Stop. Everything. I’m not sure if it’s the coffee that tastes so fresh and the coffee has an amazing smooth flavor, it’s not bitter and doesn’t taste like burnt coffee. I’ve tried about everything on the menu and it’s incredible how VCS can make everything to perfection. I honestly do not know how I’ll ever go back to any other coffee place. My favorite is the Caramel Macchiato, it’s the best I’ve ever had. The Caramel Macchiato always tastes exactly like it did from the first one to the next one. The care and craftsmanship that goes into making the coffee is immediately noticeable from the first sip to the last. VCS is tough to beat. I’ve done my fair share of traveling around the world but nothing feels or tastes like VCS. It just something that I think you need to experience for yourself. The homemade muffins are always delicious and always hit the spot. Honestly I think these muffins are easily my favorite comfort food and they hit the spot just like Mom or Grandma use to make. 10/10 I would 100% recommend. What really makes VCS stand out about the rest is the owners. Mark and Lynette are some of the most genuine and friendly people I have ever met. Mark and Lynette are easily approachable and always provide stories and smiles. The staff works just as hard to help them and provide you with an excellent experience. Protip: Download the Joe coffee app and order ahead. I cannot recommend VCS enough. Go try it. You won’t regret it

Awesome!!! Great to hang out and have a hot cocoa and buy some sweets. The Bemo's food truck Totally Delivers with their Breakfast Burritos and Biscuits and Gravy! The best I've ever had! First, bring a light sweater because the winds and the trains sometimes bring a little cold air Second, the Big Red Food Truck...BEMO'S!!! You've never had a better Breakfast Burrito, hands down. Start with fresh cooked eggs with cheese melted and bacon freshly cooked piled up with sausage, and chorizo. So amazing, I can't even describe how good it is! Bemo's makes everything from scratch, and you can taste the love in the delicious biscuits and gravy. 4 fresh biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and I mean smothered, oh it's good! Bemo's also makes homemade barbeque sauce that's better then any Texas sauce and tops Kansas City's too. Find Bemo's at Amazon usually Wednesdays and Fridays and get yourself a BBQ bacon cheeseburger or my fave, the Chicken Bacon Ranch, crispy chicken fillets with 4-5 slices of bacon and ranch all over it on a fresh bun, it's literally hanging off the bun, And they have Brisket sandwiches, and Pulled Pork sandwiches! All this typing is making me hungry! Just go to Bemo's, you'll never get anything that's this good, for this price! They aim to please!!!
So much better than any other privately owned coffee place in the Rita Ranch area. On top of it this place supports and promotes community events that help animals rather than presenting false information related to community safety. I will be supporting this place anytime I find myself and need of caffeine!
I was actually there next to the coffee shop volunteering at the Vail Food Bank picking up donations from Walmart and Fry's grocery store.

Great coffee and I love that they're open super early. The ramada seating is nice.
Great selection and service. My personal baseline is a straight shot of espresso. I must say it's probably the best in the neighborhood. Good crema, deep flavor and not too acidic. If I'm out in Vail this will be a sure stop
