I ordered a bulk shipment from tyler coffee $1,710 to be exact, I returned the products because they took over 4 weeks to send me the shipments after telling me they will ship it out within a few days. I shipped the products back a few weeks ago and still haven't received my refund. They stole $1,710 from me!!!!

while we truly love the coffee, we have had nothing but service trouble with his company. Even though the owner himself calls you back and thanks you for your business, it took two months to get our first order and now it's been another week and a half and still do not see our order. We were very clear making the order that we absolutely needed it by this week and lo and behold nothing. Would love to keep using this coffee if only we could actually get it delivered to us. We are trying to give you our money!

I am so happy that I found Tylers Coffee!!!! This coffee tastes great and allows me to drink coffee again. I have GERD and was unable to drink any coffee at all until Tylers Coffee came along!!! I am now on a month to month delivery and it just gets delivered automatically and I am loving every minute of this coffee. Thanks so much for bringing me back to reality, Tyler!!!!
I was diagnosed with Inerstitial Cystitis in 2017 and I had to eliminate caffeine and all acidic foods and drinks from my diet. It was very difficult to drastically change my diet especially having to give up my morning cup of coffee. Even though I only drank one cup every morning, it was my morning ritual and quiet time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. After months of going without my sweet sweet coffee, I discovered Tylers acid free decaffeinated coffee. I can't tell you how ecstatic I was. It may seem a small thing to some, but for me it was a true blessing and I am grateful to the creator of such a wonderful blessing in a cup!
I purchased Tyler’s on a whim at a local natural grocery store (Pilgrim’s) in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. I decided to try it for a few months. It was the best thing I’ve done for my anti reflux diet. After drinking Tyler’s, I realized how much of my current diet was harming my health. After my trial, I tried regular coffee, and I was unable to tolerate it. I tried red wine again, and the same. I’ve been able to eliminate sugar from my diet, identifying it as a main culprit for my reflux. Without starting with coffee, I don’t know if I would have ever figured this out. I’ve been off anti reflux medication for years and I was able to tolerate my last pregnancy with any issues with reflux or heartburn until the last month. I’m a registered nurse, and I tell patients I care for about Tyler’s because it’s such a great coffee and truly a life saver. I had trouble finding Tyler's since I’ve moved out of state, but I now subscribe with free shipping so I’m never without. I love the fact that their coffee is organic and the Swiss water method is used for their decaffeination process. It’s a very smooth and satisfying coffee. I look forward to drinking it all day. I’ll drink the decaf in the afternoon. Overall, I would recommend Tyler’s to anyone since I feel it’s so much better on the digestive system than traditional coffee. I’ve called customer service once to thank them about their product and they were wonderful! Thank you, Tyler!

I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received my order. I sent 7 emails to date at haven’t gotten any answer from any of them. I called the customer service number but never reach a person. At this point I just want my money back but can’t even get ahold of them to request that. Terrible customer service.
I have Gut Issues been on to Dr. put on medication for years but coffee was my down fall this the first time trying it it taste good and overjoyed because I am a coffee drinker and this does not have acid I have trying to heal my gut liner with home stewed bone broth and this is GREAT TO ADD TO THE HEALING PROCESS.... I got my at a whole food store NATURAL GROCERIES
Actually I loved the coffee. But was told by my Gastroenterologist that it Is not the acid that aggrivates GERD but the caffeine. I emailed and got answer from the owner of Tylers. I asked how much caffeine was in a cup of Tylers coffee and he said "Tylers coffee has three times the caffeine as do other coffee brands." So sadly I had to stop drinking it.
Go home & put a PH test on this Coffee, what they advertise is completely untrue! This company's whole marketing pitch is fraudulent & they bank of you not researching yourself! Tyler is a complete fraud man!
I LOVE IT!!!! It doesn't hurt my stomach or give me heart burn. And I love that it doesn't have that weird metallic taste. I tried to drink a cup of Folgers the other day & it was so gross (used to be my favorite). I can't believe I was drinking nasty coffee for so long. I'll never drink any other coffee ever again! 💜💜
