Didn’t feel welcoming at all the lady who took my order didn’t even ask what I wanted after I ordered my coffee and then when I asked her if I could get something else it felt like she was judging me so hard. I felt like I had to fit a “persona.” Besides that the coffee was just okay but the sea salt chocolate chip cookie was good.

Disappointed I don’t have more photos of this place because it was such a dope concept! Loved the cafe de olla with a splash of milk and the cold brew was also good. Great place to hang with friends and to walk around. Its more then just a coffee shop, there are cute shops, eats and drinks.

The coffee is good. Not great but good. The lack of indoor seating isn't great either. I the annex is really just a terrible venue for good businesses. I think I would add a star if the same coffee was served by the same people in a cafe downtown with indoor seating. 7/10 coffee 3/10 vibes 10/10 service.

We looked up craft coffee for breakfast time. The reviews, pictures, and website looked promising. We ordered a regular latte and a golden Chai tea latte (dirty). The regular latte tasted light on the espresso and very little flavor. The Chai tea tasted as if it was ONLY steamed milk and only topped with turmeric and Chai spice.... no actual tea incorporated into the drink. When we asked to order food they said they don't serve food. We love to support small coffee shops but this is one we may not visit again because of the basic misses we experienced. Also when we asked about flavors and descriptions for items the staff was very vague.... like they didn't have general knowledge for the items they were serving. It wasn't busy and the shop itself was very cool and had an art-walk vibe. Maybe we caught them on a bad Tuesday morning.

Decibel Coffee Works can be found nestled in the middle of rows of recycled shipping containers that resemble a chic shanty town. I usually frequent woke hipster joints because despite their political affiliation and virtue signaling tendencies, they do good coffee. This place was just okay.

Decibel is a great place to grab your favorite coffee and an even better place to be tempted by their baked goods! Cookies, scones, biscuits, and more all fantastic & baked on site. Couple this with great people, and you just won't be able to resist making this your go-to place in the morning.

Super cute set up in an indie mall made of shipping containers! Great coffee, fast service, reasonable prices, plus points for high desert style!

Decibel is my favorite outdoor coffee hangout in the Tucson area. It's located in the Annex - a cluster of re-purposed rusted shipping containers. Very cool vibe. Relaxed seating under palo verde trees in the courtyard. Now... the coffee. Nick is one of the owners and roasters. And he's very good at what he does. The coffee is some of the best I've tasted in the southwest. I've been buying fresh-roasted beans from Decibel for a few years now. And if you like cold brew - you'll love Decibel's! It is outstanding! The best cold brew I've ever had. Period. And I've tried everything, from Sbucks skunk-swill to some damn good cold brew up in Portland. If you're looking for 'great' coffee and super-friendly service outdoors, go to Decibel. If it's raining or cold (a rarity in Tucson), then I head to Cartel Coffee Roasters where I can sit inside. But otherwise, Decibel is my fav coffee hangout.

Traveling the country looking for great coffee along the way. Decibel did not disappoint; in fact, they are my new bar for a dirty chai from this point forward. Try the dirty golden chai with oat milk! Perfect amount of coffee and chai flavor and not too sweet. The turmeric adds another twist to the flavor! Outstanding.

I loved the amount of options Decibel has. I got the Cafe de Olla and while it wasn’t for me, I can see why people like it. It was quick to get my coffee even though they were busy. I did try any of their food but their cookie looked delicious.
