Very lovely place with very friendly people, never have had a bad experience when it comes to the coffee or the staff. I absolutely love the caramel lattes they make along with the dark roast coffees. This is definitely my go to coffee spot on this side of town!

staff was very helpful. The drink was creamy with a rich coffee flavour and a hint of sweetness and lavender. it had a great atmosphere surrounding it. always love supporting a local business.

I hate to be writing a negative review about a local coffee shop, but this is 2 bad experiences I've had now. First time ever going to Luce, I had let the employees know it was my first time. And like every other place, I went up to the register to order. They rudely told me to order off to the side. I felt pressure to know exactly what I wanted to order even though it was my first time. The set up there is very confusing and everyone expects you to know what you're doing. That first time made me very hesitant to go back, but I decided to give it another try and I received the same exact treatment. Employees don't smile at you, don't say hello, don't try to kindly direct you, etc. I work in the food industry and I know how hard it can be, but if I am not treating you rudely, why should I receive harsh treatment? I overheard one of the employees being very rude to another customer who simply asked if they could have an extra cup.. I really wanted to support a local Tucson coffee shop but it is really hard for someone like me with anxiety to want to ever come back when I've been treated poorly for no reason each time! And I have heard about other people experiencing the same treatment as well. To be clear, the young man with the glasses has always been pretty kind to me, the middle aged man and the other young woman are the ones that have been very rude. I doubt this review will actually do anything, but as a coffee shop on campus I would think that the energy would be more light hearted and welcoming. I've had better treatment at Panera next door lol.
Perfect indoor/outdoor cafè. Brandon was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had a wide array of options The vibe was artistic as local artwork hung for sale on the walls. They are also in possession of a San Franciscan roasting machine which is a massive +
Wow, how do I describe this amazing coffee! Been in Tucson since August 2022 and I just today find the perfect cup of coffee. Caffe Luce is my new favorite spot in Tucson for coffee!
When I first came here, I was surprised by how different the ambience seemed in comparison to the other cafes around University. This gives off a very hipster, coffee-enthusiast vibe. My first time here I got a chai and I must say it was one of the strongest chai's I've tasted. Ever since then, I've always gotten an Espresso Luce which always has just the right amount of sweetness for me. Great for a cup of joe or just a bustling cafe to do some work.
Overall good coffee shop. I had a lavender oat milk latte that was nice and creamy. Service was quick. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
Best place to have a real coffee near to the UA! Also, it's a nice spot to read and work.
The place is nice and coffee is great. The place has good atmosphere and a good place to sit, drink coffee, and get some work done on your computer.
I was asked to leave because I was mainly getting coffee (not that they serve real food) and I was spending couple of hours on my laptop. The baristas have a terrible attitude towards regular patrons and I will not be coming back. There are better coffee shops in the area.
The best place for coffee near university. Catch the in-house roasting for the best smell ever! Probably one of the best quality cafes in Tucson and so far tied with presta in that regard, but I prefer luce

The coffee is great, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The owner and employees are very friendly and welcome to chat when the time permits. I recommend stopping in for a Dropkick Coffee, it's delicious.

It's ridiculous that you all are supporting single waste use to this degree. Instead of having glassware for the customers to drink in, you all are giving your coffee in plastic or paper cup which is horrible. Small businesses have control over this and can be friendly towards the environment but you all are choosing the convenience route and continuing to add more waste!! Remember every little waste matters! Hope you all wake up and reduce your waste and not be an ignorant American!
