Very bad costumer service. I don't know why they discriminated against me😔
Just ordered a door dash for staff apprciation, 5 people ordered , Half our order was missing , Every single drink was made wrong. Im shocked . Then no way to call anyone at the store .NEVER AGIAN , Back to starbucks we go!
This coffee shop is way better than Starbucks and Dutch bros. Excellent customer service, fast and delicious.
Went to black rock and was having a horrible day but Alannah really turned my day around even though things were clearly stressful inside! She seemed to be helping out the rest of her team all while giving me excellent service. Give this girl a raise!
Went in here to do some work. WRONG place to do that…hip-hop was bumpin like a club at 9 in the morning. Gets the staff moving i guess. BUT BAD IDEA for someone who is trying concentrate. Fast service, coffee is good. But otherwise…nope.
Garret is racist along with half his staff who will laugh at you if your English is not perfect.
I love that they offer$3.00 Tuesdays for staff and students. My job is HARD and it's a nice way to reward myself! Thank you BR!
They forgot to put in flavor in my drink
This place has outlets for working, not a huge place but on slow times might be a good place to get some writing done. Staff was pleasant enough and clean. Coffee was good.
This location used to be a drive-thru Starbucks. We were visiting family in Tucson and stopped here once for coffee. What a waste. I ordered a plain drip brew coffee and asked for heavy cream. They didn't have any! That tells me that any drink that comes with whipped cream is not made with fresh heavy cream. And sure enough, while waiting for our coffee, any mochas came with that pre-made sweetened whipped cream from a store-bought canister. My husband got a cold brew, with vanilla and half and half. We weren't sure why it took over 5 minutes to make it, but then we were informed they had to open a new box - yep, the cold brew come from a concentrate that they dilute with water. Suffice it to say, I didn't finish my foldgers-tasting drip coffee and we didn't come back during our whole stay in Tucson. SKIP this place/chain. There are much better and local coffee places to be had!

The place have a young girl working at Campbell and Broadway she act very mad with doordash deliveries, she treat me like that today.
This place is a complete pos. Great place to go if you want to get ignored for 5 minutes while 15 people get their orders thru drive thru.

It was an ok first experience, I got one of the daily special drinks, prices are high and the quality of the drink was par.
I really do like coming here this place is relatively new to Tucson within the last year so that I know of. Buy favorite drink that I always get is the iced Irish coffee it just has a wonderful taste and I really do think the coffee taste better than Starbucks. He can also get an extra shot of espresso for only $0.80 more. The drive-thru here is really fast... I go to this specific location quite a bit because it is convenient to me. It is right on the corner of Campbell and Broadway so it's easy to see. I usually recommend going to the drive-through because it is faster unless you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee and maybe study or do some paperwork or just sit in quiet. They do have a nice patio on the outside that has a huge umbrella that gives you good shade but usually during the summer it's too hot to sit out there but spring and fall and warm winter days are perfect sit out there. The inside area is relatively small I think they only have about five or six tables they do have a large table in the back for group studies or bigger parties. The reason I say it's better to go to the drive-thru is because when you go inside they definitely give priority to the drive-through and you could find yourself standing at the counter for quite some time before they find time to break away from the drive-thru to take your order but it's not that big of a deal I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before they were able to get my order. The staff here is usually very cheery they try to make small talk with you and you're always smiling and their upbeat so I really like that and it is a relatively younger staff so they have lots of energy. The cool thing is they also carry pastries from local cafes instead of just buying from a supplier. They have more than just coffee they have some juices and some infused Waters of different kinds of flavors but they don't have that big of a menu...
