This is one of the best bourbon bars I have been at. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and the selection of bourbons and whiskeys were great! We will be back when we are in the area again!
We noticed this place as we were passing by and decided to go check it out and we were completely impressed. Great little hideaway!
If you like straight-up great cocktails without fillers with a side of expert-level knowledge and have a passion for bourbon, this is the place for you. Small and intimate upstairs and a feeling of being let in on a very well-spread secret downstairs, Batch is the place to go downtown for a quality drink and wonderful bartenders.
Thankful for a place like this in Tucson. My husband is a whisky lover and we had a great time trying a few. Thankful to the helpful bartender who helped point us in the right direction. With so many choices, it could have been overwhelming, but it was wonderful. Not particularly good for large groups, but that was fine for us.
One of the best hooch-parlors on Earth. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, with great suggestions and solid cocktail skills. Check out Snake & Barrel in the basement next door for a solid lounge experience and if you want to buy bottles in the new shop you won’t be disappointed with the selection or the prices. Great place to chill and talk with friends! Last time I went, (week ago), drinks were delicious with a decent variety if you don't love Whiskey as much. If you do, this place is wonderful!
Great ambiance, selection, and old fashioned.
Oh my the selection was phenomenal! My only complaint would be they only had one bartender working. He was swamped but still did an amazing job. Even helped us narrow done a few selections and his suggestions were on point!

The vibe seemed nice, but I wish we could have gotten a chance to try a drink. Terrible service and attitude. The place was only about 60% full, and we just couldn't get service. We sat down inside and it took 25 minutes to even get an employee to come by and serve us water. After 10 more minutes, I got up to the bald gentleman (who we heard others call Ryan) at the bar who very rudely exclaimed that there's signs all over stating that they'll come to us. Which after 30 minutes, didn't seem to be the case. Finally we get our drink orders taken! Another 10 minutes passes of the bald guy standing around flirting with the girl at the bar, without ever starting the drinks. 45 minutes in without a drink? Wouldn't ever bother returning there with how rude and dismissive their employee was.
Morgan was a wonderful host. Tuesday night out with friends and Batch was a great place to end the evening. We had dinner at a restaurant then a short walk to Batch where we had whisky "nightcaps". We had a Local whisky cocktail and a Japanese whisky cocktail. We will be back.
Great whiskey bar with boozy donuts.
I've been to Batch several times, and always appreciate their selection of whiskey. But last night I went to their newish room in the basement called Snake and Barrel. It's open Wednesday through Saturday. It's a dark space, with an emphasis on cocktails of all sorts. They have a nice selection of agave distillates, and the service was great when I was there.
A wall full of bourbon with cool lighting. Super friendly staff. What’s not to like?

Awesome bar with a crazy selection of whiskey and bourbon. If you’re not in to that kind of liquor they also have other cocktails and the prickly pear margarita is fantastic!! FYI, doughnuts only on weekends.

Great vibe, nice atmosphere, great service, an amazing selection of bourbon and whiskey. I had an old fashioned which was perfect. Since I also drink beer, I enjoyed a couple of cold ones as well. Highly recommend. Both the upstairs location and the speakeasy downstairs.
Great place to go. Absolutely amazing selection to choose from. The staff was very friendly. We went on Whiskey Wednesday so it was a little busier. They even have a great selection of bottles to purchase. Highly recommend.
