Rude! Blonde and Brunette girls who closed tonight (5/19) were rude! I got two drinks and asked for no ice in mine. I don't need to explain to anyone why I don't get ice in any of my drinks. They gave me a cup HALF full/EMPTY! That's absolute BS! In the other drink, I asked for "light ice" and the blonde girl rolled her eyes. Gave me a weak "cold brew", tasted like water with cream. Why work somewhere you're annoyed with people? Never coming back! Do not recommend their pathetically made (poor quality, half full/empty), over priced coffee made by someone with a pathetic attitude. Never again!
Great service and atmosphere and our drinks were awesome!! For those of you who like hibiscus tea they have it here

Coffee was great! It was my first time there and barista assisting my friend and I was very helpful in helping us select a drink and made recommendations based in our preferences. They also have decaf which is fantastic!

Retro Punk Coffee Bar, I needed something different from the usual and this place. This place is clean, quick, and the staff was courteous. The music is nice, might be a bit much for some people.
Mexican mocha is my favorite. Love that you can earn points on purchases. Very friendly staff.

I'm here at least a few times a week. Great wifi, endless coffee combos and they have tea and Italian sodas. I put lavender in my drinks when I want a soothing combo and their lavender never disappoints. Here's a tip, if you're a student or school staff their medium coffee is $3 on Tuesdays just show your school ID.
From a coffee connesiouur....hands down the best coffee I have ever had. Very smooth. Also service was very good.

Great ambience and atmosphere! The smell of coffee permeates the the area. There is a huge variety of blends and concoctions on the menu; the regular hot menu is not as ambivalent. It is a choice, however, clarifying the choice would be helpful with a venue that is spreading it’s wings. This is an absolute visit while in Arizona!
Service is great, but not worth the experience I have everytime with over-filled beverages spilling all over my vehicle and clothese. Even when not over-filled, they still seem to spill out the sides....literally every time I go here.
Great coffee shop. Not enough gluten free or sugar free food options but the world will catch on soon. The coffee is good good and they do have sugar free syrups and drizzles.

The great location with wonderful coffee. They also celebrate veterans Day by giving veterans a free medium coffee of their choice. You should check them out. Their coffee is delicious!
I don’t normally leave reviews for chain restaurants, but Black Rock Coffee has been such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Their coffee is always consistent and always tastes the same way whenever I order it. I come here almost weekly for Bible study with a friend, and this location’s crew always takes care of us. Black Rock Coffee has become my new favorite!
