Best coffee anywhere! And how can you go wrong with a free one if have the app on your phone and it's your birthday ,made my wife's day
Dad and I went to get a 911 and a Mangonada Rebel. The Tajin was a good balance to the sweetness and a 911 is always the best. We always have ours with extra caramel drizzle and two more shots of expresso.

I don't know why, I order a white coffee mocha with whip cream and birthday sprinkles... everytime...I have yet to get it served correctly. Yesterday they topped it cinnamon, had to throw it out because it seemed they just dumped the powder and added some liquid
The drinks are great, the staff is super friendly, and the drive-thru generally moves very quickly. I come here whenever I'm in the area. The Golden eagle is my go-to drink, but they have a bunch of options for you to try. Edit: my new go-to is the captain crunch, but thats the only change I have to report lol. Love this place!
This location is off Bell & Litchfield Rd in Surprise. There are 2 drive-thru lanes. 1 for Compact cars because of the sharp curve and the other for regular vehicles. There were atleast 6 people taking orders. Which should mean you can get through all the cars waiting in line. Nope. All 6 were around a car talking for 10mins. Literally 10mins. That's fine you want to talk but how about the other cars in line. Take our order then go back and talk to them. When done talking did they come to us and the other cars? No. They all went back inside. Finally 1 girl came out and took the remaining orders. Line seemed to move pretty fast after that but out drinks were watered-down. Not thick like we are used to. I always get a blended rebel and there was no thickness at all. Sure, I could have turned around and gone back to make them fix it, but the line was drama enough that we were turned off. We are huge Dutch Bros customers that like to check out other locations and see how service & drinks are. I won't be coming back to this location unfortunately.

This location has THEE BEST customer service I've ever experienced and idk why it's this good. Like bruh, chic-fil-a is behind me sweating right now. No matter who it is, they're always so chill and kind. They match your energy and It's just cool. My favorite coffee on the menu right now is the Iced Golden Eagle and it's always a 100/10 when they make it hahaha. I like the Electric Berry Blended and that's pretty good too. My girlfriend like their Peach Ring Blended.
Miscommunication on my part but the employee replace the order and excellent customer service! 100% I recommend this place

I usually get a pink flamingo rebel hand blended extra sweet, and when I received my drink this evening it looked different than normal and when I took a sip out of it, it was very acidic and not sweet at all. normally this location is really good that’s why I come here every day before work but when I’m paying eight dollars a drink I should get what I’m asking for.
I love Dutch Bros! Great coffee and drink selection, super tasty too! Friendly staff, efficient service. Walk up or drive thru, the option is yours for how to enjoy an awesome drink and/or delicious food. - The only downside is that it can get busy and the drive thru lines long with limited space
My boyfriend and I go to this location at least 2-3 times a week and get the exact same drinks both with an extra shot of espresso. Today I went and happened to get my father in law a coffee as well, his was the only drink with out an extra shot. When the drinks came out I asked which one didn’t have the extra shot. The worker responded saying “oh I didn’t put an extra shot in any of them” how many times have I paid for extra shots and not gotten them? I wouldn’t have realized it if I hadn’t gotten my father in law a coffee. On top of that the lid on one of the drinks was defective, the lid came off while driving and the drink spilt in my car. When I got home I tried several times to get the lid back on and could not no matter what I tried. Even recorded it because of how ridiculous it was. Absolutely terrible experience.
The very best hot chocolate around - far superior to Starbucks or Panera.
Love Dutch bros, my favorite go to drink is Sugar free Golden eagle iced. They prepare it so well and with a smile. Thank you, keep up the great work!
Always a great experience. Some glitches in the system this afternoon but you guys kept on chugging along and smiling. Can we find a solution to the bees? I'm allergic to bee stings and they scares the bejeezus outta me.
