I use to truly love this place for breakfast. But since covid prices have come up that chart, I try to faithfully support small business in Sierra Vista, but 45 + minutes to get served, a simply average-at-best breakfast and pay over $40 for two egg plates, it is just not worth it anymore. Today was my final breakfast at the Landmark Cafe
The food is always very average, and the service is pretty sub par. Food took a while, we had to flag down our waitress everytime we needed something, and we waited so long for the check we just got up and went to the register asking if we could pay. Unfortunately, due to the size of the town, breakfast options are limited. When we can, we definitely go to Bisbee over this place. Food: Eggs benedict: the hollandaise sauce is very bland and tastes like it came out of a powder mixture. The muffin was soggy, and the meal was not hot. French toast: not hot, didn't have a lot of flavor. Eggs and bacon: not hot, otherwise solidly average. Pancakes: A good and safe choice to enjoy your food.
Decided to stop for breakfast here rather than another choice. We hadn't eaten here since last summer. The restaurant wasn't swamped busy as before and sufficient staff for prompt delivery with our choice of drinks and food came just a short time after placing our order. Really pleased with service and quality of the food that was served hot and quickly. Glad we came back.
Ordered the roast beef . It came with few slides of roast beef from supermarket deli, 3 pieces of white breads, gravy from package and instant mashed potato. Charged me $12.99 for this rubbish and the mashed potato came with dry crumb. It means it wasn’t even cooked. I will not eat here again.
This place is a must while in Siera Vista. thus far I have had breakfast lunch and dinner and each meal was super.
I didn't photo my breakfast, I apologize! I ordered THE USUAL, with 1 egg-soft scrambled with cheese. I wanted well done everything else, bacon, potatoes, toast. Server suggested deep fry the bacon and potatoes, so I said sure. Glad I did! Everything was hot and cooked as requested! I ordered only one egg and it looked like Two. Tons of crispy potatoes and 4 pieces of crispy (not burnt) bacon! I'll be back with my appetite again. Deep fried bacon and potatoes who knew?!
A little longer wait for food than usual but it was busy with only two servers for the entire place. Food was on point. If you're looking for good food for a decent price, this is your place.
My only real complaint was the tables were very wobbly so it made for uncomfortable eating
Hadn’t been here in a year or so. Now I remember why. Terrible service and underwhelming food. Over an hour for Waffle, eggs and sausage. Tastes like something I could make at home.
Food as always was good. The wait has got increasingly longer, about an hour and 15 for eggs Benedict (pictured) and omelet, the usual, and two pancakes.
Have eaten at Landmark several times. The food is good. What keeps us going back is the staff. They are very friendly and they remember their customers favorites. Service is usually quick unless they get full then it is a little slow. They get a 10 if you went that high
Wonderful place to eat. LOVE the staff. Haven't tried the weekend evening food, but they have the mornings ABSOLUTELY COVERED.
Local eatery, low key, no frills, but country good. Plus the coffee shop in-side (separate co.), is pretty good.
The food took way too long to come, and the breakfast bowl had to be sent back to the kitchen. They need new cooks, and they need to lightly season their food. There was no seasoning on it at all. The waitress, Molly, was amazing! She did everything she could for us. However, we will not be back.
This place has a cool vibe, they do themed dinners different nights of the week, I came here for breakfast, service was really good, our waitress was attentive and food came quick, I did have a problem with the meal not being hot...the waitress immediately fixed it and warmed up our food.
Good food and decently priced. Green Chili omelet was excellent.
We attended the special St Patrick's Dinner. The Cafe was delightfully decorated, the food fresh and delicious. There was a live band playing Irish music. The staff worked very hard to see everyone had a great time. Lovely evening. Thanks for a nice time.
Great staff and experience! Food was wonderful. IMO a little small portion for price. But it was great food, quality and taste. I would get the hashbrowns next time :).
I'm from Sierra Vista but live in Phoenix now. I'm also a pilot and fly to S.V. to visit friends not and then. When I do, Landmark is where I go for breakfast. The staff is what you would expect from a small town, everybody knows everybody. The food portions are good and the price point is fair.
Great food! First time I have been here. Will be back!
