I was really hoping to try the butter chai, but they were all out :( the rose coconut chai was delicious. You can make it dirty as well. The portion was pretty small. I was hoping they would have more iced drink options. There's several types of biscuits and turkish delights. Beautiful space to hang out and relax.
We ordered the iced chai, but it was over steeped and left a bitter taste; we wish the spices were more upfront in the taste but there wasn't much flavor in the chai. Another person in our party ordered the regular hot chai and loved it; that's definitely the drink to order. The ambiance is great, definitely a great place to relax and wind down out of the sun.
Cute little Chai shop everything especially for the area was so affordable. Ordered a Thai Tea and it was delicious. I also had one of everything on their cookie display. It was a fun experience for the family to sit on the floor and snack on some Indian treats.
Wonderful experience - love the traditional chai. The fruit biscuit was not very good. Relaxing spot to sit outside. Definitely worth a visit.
We had some great tea here, but the selection was a little limited. They had sold out on many of their options. With only one entrance still open, it was a little hard to find, but we enjoyed it. There isn't much room so we took our tea to go.
Charming cafe and gift shop featuring Indian crafts, teas and sweets. Beautiful patio for relaxing and enjoying the trees of Sedona.
If you love Chai, this is the spot! Tried their Butter Chair and it was amazing. There are neat places to sit and enjoy your drinks as well like on the adorable small patios.
I recently visited The Chai Spot, and overall, I had a great experience. The shop has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of seating options and a calming vibe. The menu at The Chai Spot offers a variety of chai drinks. The chai drinks were delicious, with a good balance of spices and sweetness. I particularly enjoyed the Kashmiri chai, which had a nice depth of flavor. The service at The Chai Spot was friendly and efficient, with staff members who were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to answer my questions. The only downside to my visit was that the shop was a bit crowded, which made it difficult to find a seat at times. However, the overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend The Chai Spot to anyone looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a delicious chai latte in Sedona. Based on my experience, I would give The Chai Spot a solid 5 out of 5 stars.
Very rude worker, wish I caught her name to contact management. She was so off putting I left the store with out purchasing anything.
I ordered the hot original. The flavor was really lacking. I thought it would be more spicy. The decor was amazing and a really relaxing place to take a break. Service was really lacking. The women working were snippy. Emphasized that my drink was going to be hot and they will not give me a cup of ice. Thought that was wierd. One of the workers was coming by to the tables and said my order number. I said I was there. Then rudely she said it was on the counter.
Cute sitting area to relax at on the second floor and look down at the shops. I didn't try the food but the iced chai was great!
I went in here after reading the high ratings. As someone who has had tea their whole life, I can say that their cardamom chai was outright bad. For starters, the milk tasted burnt. If I pay $7 for a cup of tea at a place claiming to specialize in tea, I expect it to be freshly made and not served out of a thermos flask.
A super cute spot in Sedona with great traditional chai! (don't go in expecting super sweet/non-spiced chais, essentially). It seems like getting seats can be hit or miss, but the patio is really nice on a warm day!
Tucked away within the charming Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, I discovered the delightful gem that is the Chai Spot. With a distinct ambience and laid-back feel, this cafe serves up delicious chai and irresistible Osmania biscuits. If you're seeking an unconventional chai experience, be sure to pay a visit.
Cool spot for a drink while visiting tlaquepaque.
Necessary stop while visiting Tlaquepaque - their teas were delicious! Cool open seating area. They also donate 50% of their profits to projects supporting women & children in Pakistan. Happy to support this spot!
I realize the female serving was the only one present and had a rush, but even before the rush came and we were the second couple in the store, her attitude was very poor. The size of the chai was almost a kid size cup for six dollars and the chai wasn't that great at all. The spot/interior was quite cramped.
Organic teas sourced from the best tea gardens.
Super cute place. Cozy outdoor seating. Our iced black tea was amazing!
Its a hard pass for me. I’ve had better from Starbucks. Very small X-small portion cup size. Luke warm. Not even hot. 15 minute wait because she said she was busy.
