Our first time in Sedona…my husband picked here to get 2 coffees. He asked the man to not fill large cups too full, when he picked them up the lids were loose and they were Full, and my hubby spilled coffee on his new-ish shoes & on his New sweatshirt that was the only warm thing he had…he forgot his coat at home. Well, he got a chuckle & a rag to wipe off. Poor way to address a (new), customer D- Coffee B+ Peace out 👽

Worst customer service experienced I've encountered. I'd walk miles in 105° Arizona heat before ordering coffee from them again.

Tried to grab a coffee here the other day but had to walk away without completing my order because the worker was so incredibly rude I didn’t want to give them my business.

Do not go here. The coffee was cold and when asked to warm, the barista threw the coffee in the sink with force, splashing it on us. Upon receiving the new cup we stated we appreciated it and he said “don’t”. Do not go here!!!

I have stopped into this coffee shop twice now my second time being yesterday and received amazing service with a smile and a delicious dirty chai latte that I do believe was the best I've ever had in my life the Barista Matthew kept the place quite warm and friendly even though it was snowing and freezing out prompt service and a great attitude along with an amazing knowledge of the area five stars for him and his Chai latte on the other hand when I stopped in here two weeks ago served by a tall guy with a ponytail and a knife the size of Texas in his belt loop I received not only a horribly watered down Americano but a sour attitude and a glazed over look. 1star for the coffe and the ponytail man.

Walked up at ten,guy was prepping. Let me just stand there for awhile. Then said we don't open for another 40 min? Weird vibe for their prices I would find another spot. Not sure what Spirit Stone he was using but it's not the right one. Lots of great places close by.

Better coffee in town. Avoid Update: the guy making coffee was rude. He said he was only helping a friend out. I asked how many shots are in a med vs large Americano. The guy responded like it was a stupid question(some places do 2 shots in no matter the size). I then ordered a large americano with cream. He started to steam some milk for my americano to which I had to clarify what my order is. The “hot” water that fills the drink was warm and the shots tasted burnt. I literally took 2 sips and threw it away. Overall the guy was overwhelmed, rude and lacked coffee skills.

Tasty cold latte with a shaded table was a perfect rest spot for a day in Sedona

Ordering a black coffee in the US is generally a bit of a gamble. So often, one ends up being served a small bucket of brown disappointment water. That is most definitely NOT the case at Spiritstone Coffee in Sedona. It was a properly sized cup of coffee, with the right strength of flavours, served with a smile and witty conversation. And the price - entirely reasonable! And to that a poppy seed muffin that was so big, I don't think I had actually finished it when I arrived at my hotel in Tucson about 12 hours later! This place rocks which, given its surroundings in Sedona, is quite appropriate.

Came here to try the coffee on Sunday. The lady who took my order was super rude. She wanted to get rid of me so she can go on her break. Slapped the window on my face while I am taking my order and slapped the door inside the shop too with attitude. And she placed a sign on the window “will be back at 4, that’s if you’re lucky” unacceptable! This is a place of business. Not returning back

TLDR; Skip out on this coffee shop. There are better coffee shops that are better for the price and taste just a bit of a walk away. The service was horrible. We ordered four drinks and, after every order, the barista sighed as if she was in disbelief. Two of them were basic things on the menu and two just had milk adjustments because of lactose intolerance. We should have just cancelled our order at that point. The drinks came out messy. It was worse when we drank them because they were so watered down. We ordered chai lattes and it tasted like pure water with just a hint of chai. They also forgot a syrup add on. Skip this coffee shop. There are better ones just a bit of a walk away for a better price and better taste.
