A wonderful find. I had an aura reading by Jen and it was spot on. She did a healing and you could see the aura change. The next day I went to one of her classes. By the end every cell in my body felt more alive. Finished up with some Butterfly Lavender latte. Ummm. Can only say good things about the experience.
Lovely options at the drink bar, stylish jewelry with crystals, and wonderful practitioners of spiritual healing. I’ve had 10+ years of executive coaching and found the Wisdom Reading to be incredibly insightful!

We had their butterfly lavender elixir and it was amazing!!!! My husband and I did an aura reading and were very impressed. She was spot on with her interpretations and gave us some great tips on how to realign our auras. We would definitely recommend!!

I'm so in love with Sedona Wellness Cafe! Every time I come to Sedona I stop into this hidden gem for some healing energy and loving refreshments. Jen and her staff are so inviting and their healing services are remarkable. Highly recommend 👌
My Inner SPIRIT led Us here as we searched for our car!! We were visiting Sedona for a Reiki Healing retreat and this place added to our High vibrations!! January was very welcoming & connective to Us!! She made sure we seen the cafe from all energetic perspectives. We returned the very next day to get our Aura readings and January was so on point with all of the readings. I will be sure to return when I'm back in Sedona!!
When you walk in you just feel welcomed and warm. The staff are sweet and welcome to each person who enters. I had their hot Lavender Latte. Not overpowering it was so good. Their items are from local artists. Love it.
The Sedona Wellness Cafe is just an amazing place to relax and meditate. The fragrance in the store smells delightful while browsing around the many selections of wonderful healing items that will help with your overall health & body. I ordered the famous Butterfly Elixir 🦋 it was beautiful and it tasted so delicious 😋 Master Jen assisted me with my purchase of two of the Chakra bracelets to help me balance out my own Chakra's, along with the Get Bright Hydro recovery serum! Mahalo to Master Jen, I will see again when I return to Sedona💜
As soon as I stepped in the doorway, I was greeted by the manager, Jen. Everything is served with a smile. Make time to shop there, as there are so many little and big treasures to find. I had the Butterfly Elixir delicious drink and it was also so…. Pretty! It was the perfect way to end my day is Sedona Town. Mahalo!
Made a new special concoction for me at request- lavender butterfly elixir added to the caramel latte. Delicious! So thankful she was willing to be creative and humor me 😊 it was refreshing and sweet!! Wonderful service and delicious beverages!

I highly encourage anyone visiting Sedona to get off the beaten path and make a stop at this wonderful local business! The Cafe and the Meditation Center have SO MUCH to offer - snacks, teas, lattes, books, crystals, cards, inspirational signs, classes. I wasn't in town to take advantage of their offerings, but sure did come back (more than twice) for my Butterfly Elixir. A special thank you to January who made every visit such a pleasant experience.
I stopped in after attending the Mago Wellness retreat in Sedona. Another attendee recommended I get my aura read after completing five days of healing and energy work at Mago. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by two lovely women, one who gave me a delicious sample of butterfly tea, and I am not a tea drinker. The other woman, January, was the magical aura reader and took me back for my reading. I’ve had an aura reading before, but January sharing the detail and insight with me was a whole new experience. Her gifts and intuition captivated me as she articulated aspects of my body, mind, and spiritual strengths and challenges. January has a special and unique skill that is shared while doing the reading, and I could have talked with her all day. She also gave me some “homework” as my body connection was out of balance with my spirit and mind. Afterward, she invited me to their weekly yoga classes and showed me all her favorite crystals amongst the beautiful selection they have for sale. She also showed me her favorite energy tools while using one on herself as she led me around the cafe. Visiting from out of town is not conducive to the in-studio classes they offer, but I can promise that when I am back in town again, I will stop by to say hello and grab some tea, food, crystals, and an aura reading from the magical January.
The coffee is delicious and strong. The butterfly elixir is also really tasty. The have a super cute cafe and store.
