I had a carrot cupcake from here. The presentation was gorgeous. The cupcake was good. It’s a little pricey but doable. My friend had the confetti cupcake and she enjoyed her cupcake as well. They had some cookies that were huge and looked look as well. The display case had a variety of goodies. Definitely worth a stop just to try something sweet.
Cookies were stale and had an odd smell to them like Fabulouso floor cleaner. The ice cream was okay. Really had high hopes. Might come by again someday to see if the quality has changed.
Staff was friendly, ice cream was so so good!
The food was okay-nothing overly amazing that matched the price we paid for simple dessert options! We didn’t have a problem with staff-she was very friendly and helped us. We had gelato, sugar cookie and a cupcake. Gelato was good but not worth the price paid. Sugar cookie was okay but a hard one incase you like soft and chewy. Be careful of allergies-our friend is allergic to coconut and it was in her cupcake (not their fault at all but just an fyi).
While the ice cream at Cream & Cake Couture was decent, the long wait to order wasn't worth it. The atmosphere inside the shop was charming. The menu offers a variety of ice cream flavors, but the wait time to order was longer than expected. When I finally got to try the ice cream, it was good, but not exceptional. The flavors were interesting, but they didn't quite live up to the hype. The prices were also a bit high for what you get. Overall, I would say that Cream & Cake Couture is an okay option for ice cream in Sedona, but the long wait time and high prices make it hard to justify a return visit. If you're in the area and have time to kill, it's worth a try, but don't expect to be blown away. Based on my experience, I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.
Ridiculous prices. $35 for a mediocre iced coffee, a poorly made cupcake, and two one scoop ice creams. And they don’t have donuts.
Excellent Ice cream 🍨 ask for the split cup and choose two flavors. Service outstanding
A small ice cream shop, the wait was a bit long. Ordered the blood orange sorbet with their homemade chocolate cone. Sorbet flavor was good, but melted very fast in the Arizona heat. Homemade cone was very good.
Ice cream was very small Portion and very expensive for what you got. Ice cream wasn’t horrible but for what your paying expected a lot more. Staff seemed miserable and we’re not friendly.
I ordered their ultimate shake and it was AWFUL! It's served in a small mason jar that has candy and sprinkles attached to the side that are hard and impossible to eat. They've obviously been sitting on the edge of the mason jar for weeks. They also include a disgusting brownie on a stick that is hard and stale, they put this into a paper bag for you. The milk they made the shake with tasted sour. And this ultimate shake is $20! Save your money and go get ice cream somewhere else!
Convenient location and outdoor seating but the ice cream was so-so. The other desserts looked more enticing.
Best ice cream in town. The house made waffle cones elevate the whole thing. Staff were nice and friendly, and very busy! I am going to go back next time I am in town.
Terrific spot to grab ice cream, coffee, or a sweet treat. This is located in the extension of the shopping village on the other side of the road. The staff here we're excellent and made us feel right at home.
$10 for a waffle cone and single scoop. Worse than other places just up the street
Really overpriced for the quality. We got two ice cream cones - 25$ 😕 Strange flavours, and not creamy at all.
Walked in and walked out. I went in to get the cactus cupcake. $13 for a small cupcake REALLY !??!?! Honestly, I probably would've still got it but the lady working there was so stand-offish and unwelcoming. Homegirl, if I'm paying you $13 for a dinky cupcake, the least you can do is be welcoming. Hard Pass.
My kids enjoyed their ice cream however it was $27 for two cones with one scoop.
Lots to chose from! We enjoyed the ice cream, a cookie, and affogato. Great service!
Went in with the whole family (8). We were looking at the menu and another family came in behind us, so we let them order because we weren’t quite ready. The woman behind the counter made rude comments multiple times and behaved as if everyone there was an inconvenience. Needless to say she lost out on $80. Stay away!! As as small business owner I’m not sure how this place is still in business!
This is our favorite sweet treat stops in Sedona!!! The staff is always friendly and attentive. The desserts are top notch and they have delicious gluten free options too. Whether you get coffee, ice cream or one of these delectable desserts, you can’t go wrong. Their seasonal flavors keep locals coming back not matter how many times I’ve gone before. Definitely stop here if you have a sweet tooth or need a caffeine pick me up.
