I'll start this off by saying I'm from California, so this experience was new to me. What a breath of fresh air to have not only unbeatable customer service but also to have the best tasting coffee. I was so blown away by the coffee that I was working out logistics to be able to come back to Arizona just to have more coffee. But now I see new stores are opening in California. If you haven't been here before, welcome to your new coffee spot.
I don’t understand why people come to Dutch bros. Being an ex coffee barista myself, I thought I’d try out something other than Starbucks since Arizona doesn’t have much to offer coffee wise. The understanding of flavor to milk ratio is non existent here. If I order a 32oz coffee, with light ice.. you have to use more flavor to compensate for the extra milk usage, since the cup isn’t filled completely with ice like how I see other peoples drinks come out. Which I asked for (less ice and extra sweet to be exact). 3 little spoon fulls of your white chocolate is not going to make my 32oz light ice drink taste like much. Infact it taste like sewer water. Does this place even know to dump the first 2 shots of white coffee. Sure doesn’t taste like they know. The coffee culture out here is pitiful, and my drink from this location took the cake. Awful. I had to go back twice to get more flavor because my drink was that disgusting I needed to mask the horrible first two shots of white coffee with more flavor that I wasn’t provided to begin with as requested. Great customer service however! Will never be within 50ft of this establishment though. Not again.
Always great service. Today, I only needed a gift card, so I utilized the walk- up window. Chris was so congenial & helpful. My order was fulfilled immediately & I was completely satisfied. LOL...I just might keep the gift card for myself!
Every morning the workers are very slow drive-through is always busy they always have 3 to 4 people on a drive-through but when it's service walking up you always have one person on the register 1 and same person making coffee. Ppl shows up lil bit early before going to work. The staff needs to work more and not that much talking because Dang all they do is talk to the customers and they know there's A-line behind them🤦♂️🤦♂️
Wyatt is a great worker with alot of enthusiasm. And has an awesome attitude.
This is my go to Dutch not only because it's close to my house but because the staff are sweet, they remember me, and I've never had a drink made incorrectly or gotten something I didn't like! They're really good about answering questions if you need milk alternatives or sugar free options too!
Worker came across very rude. Was with a friend at walk up window that’s never had Dutch so we were looking at the menu from a distance (nobody else was in line) and she very rudely said “are you guys going to order something today???” Out of nowhere as if she’d been waiting on us for 10 min. She never even greeted us (even tho she just got to the window), never asked if we needed a minute, or asked if we needed recommendations. Luckily the drinks were good but that was the rudest Dutch employee I’ve encountered when greeting someone. They’re usually very bubbly employees and greet you nicely.

LOVE #dutchbros the employees are amazing and always brighten my day. And the drinks are FABULOUS. So many sugar free options. I ditched the other coffee place for DB years ago. Do it you won't regret it.
Great people. I have the app on my phone and it's my birthday so I got a free drink it was awesome.!
In general, it should not take more than 5-10minutes to order. This is why Starbucks is 10x better and their service and quality is way better
@SAM - Big Smile, Fun to talk to and great at recommending drinks. She was hustling and bustling in the line, yet still gave us enough time to talk drinks. Dutch Bros Coffee Shop has the best coffee and their customer service makes it even more fun! A perfect place to go if you are looking for an exciting coffee shop with great customer service. They have delicious snacks, awesome drinks and gotta love their branded stickers!
This coffee is so far superior to starbucks in every way. Overall product quality, cost comparison, time spent in drive thru or line to aquire product, staff friendliness and any other metric you can think of.
The best am pick-me-up! From the friendly staff to the variety of sugar free flavors, they have my coffee heart.
I have been to this Dutch Bros two times. They always offered fantastic service and drinks. Always gave me the best idea for the drink. They are amazing people who work here. ❤️❤️
