My kids took me this evening for an early Mother's Day dessert. Wonderful atmosphere and staff. I have a lot of allergies. The staff took the time to show me the ingredients of a few flavors I was interested in so I could choose a safe ice cream. Thanks so much for your patience and kindness... We will be back now that I know I can have some safe treats!

We have been to Frannie’s many times before, but today we came in to see the Easter bunny! The set up was so cute and everyone is always so friendly. We love you guys!
Went for ice cream. Very underwhelming selection. On the upside staff was very nice.
Great spot for coffee and icecream. Cold brew coffee is always delicious and the icecream is hard to pick from with so many good flavors.
Ordered a white chocolate mocha and it just didn't taste good. Cinnamon roll was stale. The person who helped me wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly.

Juice and shake bar, with a 50s twist. Wish I had you guys next door to our 50s style burger place named Happy's ☺️🍔🍟🤙🎄
Customer service was horrible. The lady that helped us was extremely rude. The hot chocolate was very watered down and the cappuccino was horrible. The bathroom Was very dirty as well.
Frannies is great always a staple when we go down to the square. It looks like the place got a good coat of paint. Wonderful!
My family loves Frannie's. After the change to new ownership, Frannie's feels great, brighter and more spacious. You should checkout the seating in the back! Maybe play a boardgame or 2 from their game cabinet.
We have always loved frozen frannies, but I do have to say that after the change of ownership it has WAY more to offer! Not only did it get a pretty sweet facelift, there are about 15 more tables with seating than before. They also added a cabinet with multiple games that anyone can play. Pretty great idea! They have plenty of yogurt topping options, and they don't stop at froyo! They have baked goods, coffee, and hand scooped ice cream. Overall, we will definitely be back more often. Super cute set up, and lots of options to hang around for!
I went in to Frankie's ar 2:30 Friday November 4, 2022. The teenager working was rude to myself and 2 older gentlemen ahead of me. Someone needs to speak to her about customer service and the appreciation of customers. Thank you!
Yummy. Hard to go wrong with ice cream. Indoor space and a few outdoor seats for those of us with pets.
Nice size serving of ice cream and good coffee (reg and decaf). Will visit again.
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, we went to this place to get ice cream and it wasn’t a good choice, place smells bad like rotten milk, 2 girls behind the counter didn’t even acknowledges us and kept talking to each other for a good 4 minutes while we were standing waiting for them, we never been to this place so we asked the cashier where do we order,, her response was extremely rude and disrespectful, we decided to leave without ordering. I’ll absolutely not recommend this place at all. Go to treat center way better customer service and fresh delicious ice cream

Haven’t been here since it was a TCBY. This is a decent place to find some self serve frozen yogurt or some hard scoop ice cream, but there was a hard smell of cleaning solution when we walked in. We couldn’t eat inside with the smell. But we enjoyed the ice cream outside. But again just decent. As my kid put it “The sign says Arizona’s best, but it should say average. Best is a lot to live up to.”
Great selection of tasty frozen yogurt. There were about 20 different flavors. I did mocha, mint and vanilla bean with chopped pecans. Sat and watched folks walking around the square.
Yummy ice cream and shakes. Shake was not too sweet and home made whipped cream. Kids and adults all happy 😋
