YoSippitys has some of the most best sippity drinks in town. They are quick and friendly. I think my favorite drink right now is the strawberry cake e. Everything is great here.

My go to spot every time visiting here from Tucson for iced coffee and excellent pricing. For small Americano light iced extra heavy whip with sugar free hazel nut syrup only $3 w/change. Many sugar free options to chose from.

One of the employees wouldn’t stop talking to the girl in truck waited 45mins to place an order and I’d like to have a word with the managers or bosses who own this building about the incident 3 people behind me left due to them talking and giggling saying hopefully they just leave

I've tried their iced Chai three times now and every time it's been different but never a very good drink for the price. Barely has flavor each time I've gotten it so I'd suggest going somewhere else.
