I can't decide if WhereUBean or Xtreme Bean is my #1 coffee place. Regardless, if I'm ever in the neighborhood, I always stop in.
We randomly stopped by this local coffee shop on our way back to California. These guys were terrific, from providing excellent customer service to delivering tasty food and latte that you can’t find in chain shops like Starbucks, etc. Really, if you love great coffee then stop by and check them out!
Great coffee and a chill environment
Love this place! I get the Caramel Coconut breve, and it's delish! The place has a welcoming vibe with plenty of inviting seating, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a community bookshelf where you can take a book/leave a book.
My favorite coffee shop ever. The vibe is perfect for solo work/study or chatting with a friend. Every. Single. Thing. On the menu is delicious. I especially recommend rose and cardamom flavor options. Their baked goods are also killer. And the staff are so friendly and kind. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m totally hooked
My experience here is amazing! The atmosphere is great!
WUB is truly unique, and the baristas/staff there were incredibly friendly. I'll admit I normally don't ask for café/restaurant recommendations, but the baristas (especially Zaria (sp?) were always happy to guide me. I frequented WUB for about a month, enjoying drinks with ingredients I'd yet to taste in coffee. Y'all got me into cardamom, so thank you. And many baristas were talented in the art of foam latté designs. There were a lot of employees there who simply cared – the kind of care that rubs off on you after a while. The atmosphere is cozy yet open, and there's a wonderfully small table with thought-provoking art drawn in pen on graph-paper. I often saw a woman who I suspect was the owner. She seemed to have great rapport with her employees, and more than once she would hop on the floor to help out during busy periods – the mark of a great food-service leader. Unfortunately the prices ended up being unsustainable for me. They made sure to remind you that tipping is always optional, but as a former barista myself, I couldn't bear not tipping. If you can swing $10+ for a large drink, by all means, WUB is the best, most unique coffee shop for miles, and a true gem in the Ahwatukee area.
Great mochas, great breakfast burrito, great staff! No reason to go anywhere else.
I miss this place! When I moved to arizona back in 2014-2021, I’d frequent here a lot. It’s cozy and the coffee is so good! Moved to South Dakota and nothing compares. Miss ahwatukee and this coffee shop! Hoping to visit again soon!
I love bringing my laptop here to work! The coffee is a little pricey, but well worth it! They make their own syrups and take so much pride in their drinks! And the staff are so friendly and always make the best suggestions.
Delicious coffee. Rose cardamom latte was amazing and our white mocha had home made whip cream. Better than the competition
I accidentally found this GEM !! It is super not what I expected from the outside...the interior environment is friendly/ cozy/ inviting like you are in your own great room hanging out.. the zucchini bread is excellent and the hot white ice tea..I do plan on trying other items, however, every time I do the zucchini bread is warm and I can't resist 😂 the staff are wonderfully helpful and kind...this place reminds me of that coffee shop on the show friends but smaller 😊 moving to Colorado but when I come back to visit this place will always be a relaxing stop for me ❤️😋
Your latte was the best coffee in US. I want to travel to Pheonix because I want to taste your coffee again. Next time, I will take my time and enjoy the best coffee at your cafe. I was so happy drinking your latte. Thank you.
Super friendly and fast service sit and enjoy the cafe or to go either way enjoy the slightly hippy vibe while your there. Very cute place
Where U Bean is hands down my favorite place in Arizona. Don't sleep on their breakfast burritos or their lemon bars. Absolute bees kness. :)
Nice amenity which is hidden and Coffee and the way they make it is great off course I did tried tea only but I beat coffee also will be good.
Really friendly spot. Welcomed as soon as you walk in. Consistently. Love the decor. Drinks have been tasty. This last time we grabbed pastries and they were good too! Og:They don't have walk-in service yet, but there is a sign to call or go online. My husband called so we could ask a few questions and the lady asked if we were outside, we said yes, and she said hold on I'm coming out. She brought a menu and went over it with us. How sweet is that? She was so patient while answering our questions and took our order. She brought mine out early since it was done before my husband's. She invited us back when the inside is open and apologized, which I didn't think was necessary as she was doing the safe thing. I've already told a few friends about our experience and plan to return.
Honestly my only criticism is that it was so busy there wasn’t enough space to walk. They definitely need a larger location with the pure volume they see. Coffee was okay, a bit over priced but nothing to complain about.
1st time in was awesome very friendly staff helpful the person who took my order explained to me the different options that they have she even told me about things that where comparable to what I ordered that she thought I may like 👍, I just moved here and I will be back ALOT!!! Very cool atmosphere and GREAT STAFF.
First time there. We will definitely be back! Their Matcha tea isn't bitter & it doesn't taste like alfalfa. Chai has a nice spice. Staff very friendly & not "coffee house snobby" in any way. Thank you
