Wack asfff about to hit Starbucks, bad customer service, 4 people left due to no change…like how you going to be running a business with no change
This one is ALWAYS out of the Pistachio Chocolate Cake no matter what time of day you go. It’s literally only this location.
The white chocolate lavender freeze is to die for. Can't taste the lavender at all.

Finally popped my cherry! First-timer here. 🙋🏼♀️ Took my boy, Buster, for his 10th birthday pup-cup. Word on the street is they’re better than St*rbucks. They. Did. Not. Disappoint. 😍🤩🥳
My sisters and I always come here just about every week, and I adore their chai beverages, especially the golden eagle. Sometimes when they put the right amount of caramel, it’s *chef’s kiss*. Love their friendliness and fast service!
My car is not currently working and I longboarded over to Dutch Bros just for a nice sweet treat after a couple of rough weeks. When I got there they had multiple signs up saying that the walk up window is closed until further notice. The window was wide open but you can’t just go up to it and order? This is Phoenix… One of the biggest cities in the country and they are also trying to cut down on transportation stuff; for people to go with other cleaner options and mass transit. This is a very busy area of Phoenix as well, so why did I waste my time going all the way over if I am not going to be able to get service? After reading several other reviews now, I wish I had checked before I came all the way out to this one. I see this is an ongoing issue. It really needs to be addressed because at the time I came it was not a busy time, I saw multiple employees working or hanging out and just talking. Normally I drive to this location so I didn’t know there was an issue with walk ups, and I think they should have it posted on Google or their website or wherever people can see it before they head that way.
Always a great place to grab a coffee or drink.
Worst dutch I have ever been to. Coffee was watered down, and the rep they have at the drive thru was not clear or helpful. I love dutch too, this won't prevent me from going to another store, just..not this one.
The people there are great and extremely friendly!
It was my birthday 🎉 and I picked up my reward but they didn't use the 2 cups or write on it... Honestly that kind of stuff matters to me and I shouldn't have to request a PREMIUM coffee store/shop to go above and beyond especially when I'm spending top dollar on the coffee regularly... But the employees were friendly overall I just like my drinks to be made with a little TLC 😂💯 is that too much to ask for? Lol
Worst Dutch Bros experience in my life. Avoiding this branch like the trash it is. 1/10

My go to Dutch bros before work, I go here so much, they always make the best drinks and are so nice!
I love this place. Everyone's friendly they always make my order just right and I even got a free cookie last time I went through there... Lucky day right
The service in the atmosphere made all the difference as the copy is pretty good but pretty standard
This girl didn’t accept my order on the window asking me if I walked or I drove there, that I was supposed to go back to my car and get on the line, I went to my favorite shop on 32nd st and they were surprised that happened, to my neighbors on 85014 we can’t walk to the Glendale and 12st location because you have to drive for you to be able to place an order!!
First time at Dutch Bros. Honestly their pricey Americano and sugary icy smoothie were nothing special. The staff are very welcoming and friendly despite their pricey lackluster drinks. Don't see why people line up. A mystery to me.
