Very quaint and quiet place to dine, good food only wish there were more options. And this place has a nice little store right in the same building with a wide variety of ingredients to choose from.
Wonderful food, friendly, helpful waiter. Dogs are welcome and there are items on the menu for dogs. I had quiche and fresh fruit. My dog had a scoop of vanilla ice cream served with a dog biscuit! 🐕
They are very busy so be patient it's worth the time
Excellent little spot for lunch. Staff very friendly and provided great customer service. We were waited on immediately and take them to our table. Took our order, food came out piping hot and checked on us regularly. Had the Monte Cristo and the quiche, both were delicious! Took a berry pie home for dessert, the best pie I’ve ever had!!! Highly recommended this wonderful outdoor experience.
Was in Oracle for 2 days and was fortunate to find this place. Enjoyed breakfast here both days. Huevos Ranchero s with chorizo , and the Corned beef hash. Wish I could have come a third time to try the crepes. Despite the cold morning, (40), I was plenty warm on the patio with the gas heaters. Nice market too.
My son and I enjoyed breakfast here one day, it was lovely. We will definitely be back!
This place looks nondescript from the road, but has a nice little patio and the food is fabulous! Wait staff very nice also. As people say in other reviews, a real hidden gem! We stop after a morning hike at Oracle State Park. Worth a drive from Oro Valley.
Nice patio breakfast joint with wonderful fresh hot scones, tasty quiche, and savory crepes. Get home fries with your meal as they are tender and flavorful. Good coffee, freshly brewed in a refillable cup.
They made a business decision to make all dining outdoors after Covid. AZ weather is stifling hot in the summer and windy and cold in the winter. I cannot imagine eating outdoors under those conditions. Last time the flies outdoors were extremely annoying and the bird droppings were all over. Good food terrible eating conditions now. Will not return. Used to be a regular.
I have always LOVED this sweet little eating place and market. Wine selection in the market was over the top! Gluten free and organic food items was abundant. And food in the cafe was completely amazing. Unfortunately, something has changed. I heard it was up for sale so maybe that’s why the market selection is so diminished. Quality of our meal was far below par. Chili was luke warm at best. Server didn’t even know what the house dressing was. Too bad. I’ll miss this place.
Compact place serving quality food with a limited but sufficient menu. Seating is outdoors, and takeout seems popular! Hidden gem! Get the pie!!
Used to go there often back in the day. Now you can't sit inside anymore. Make sure you go when the weather is nice. Last time I went there it was chilly. they only had one patio heater and sat me nowhere close to it. There were only two other people out there besides myself. Waitress MIA for the next 15 min so I bailed.
Nice outdoor Cafe. Friendly staff. The homemade corned beef hash was really good. The store has a selection of desserts
What an unexpected gem. My girlfriend and I took a day trip to Biosphere 2, did some great thrift shopping after and was recommended this place in passing. We were so happy we went! They have lots of homemade desserts and pies, we ordered the strawberry rhubarb and it was delicious. The chili is worth ordering even on a warm day. It is only outdoor seating so be aware, but well worth the sweat
Amazing! We've had the Chile Relleno and Eggs, homemade corn beef & hash, and Filet Mignon Chili - all delicious! I was excited for the cherry almond pie but didn’t like it much, super tart and not much sweetness - but was definitely a well crafted pie!
I got amazing local grown groceries for home. This place has an amazingly eclectic collection of foods and wines.
Food is okay . Area needs to be cleaned up and the throwing of old bread near the eating ares should not be done looks unsanitary.
A friend recommended the Cafe and it was a good choice. Two eggs, 3 strips of bacon, what tasted like homemade hash browns and a huge biscuit all for $11. Quality of food and service were great. A few flies were a little annoying but to be expected this time of year. Would return and recommend.
We were able to bring our dogs onto the patio where they had their own menu to order from. The people food (which included prime rib chili - yum - and Chili Relleno and eggs which Jim said was the best he's ever had) was healthy and very tasty. The desserts, though maybe not as healthy were a decadent delicious treat. The chocolate torte was melt in your mouth wonderful. Sorry to say the key lime pie was not as satisfying. We enjoyed the outdoor setting with our dogs and will be back whenever we are in Oracle
Oh my goodness this place is a gem! You would not expect, maybe, such a fantastic gourmet location in a smaller community, but you'd be so wrong. This place is amazing! The chili relleno was my order and I loved it. The salsa, homemade, was so good. We had a cornmeal rainbow trout, ala Hemingway, a Reuben, a chocolate torte. All delicious. I wasn't a fan, frankly at all, of the crepes with Brie someone ordered. But everything else was wonderful.
