Today is my birthday. We went to dunkin to get a birthday drink, no go....went to Starbucks nothing there either. Went to Dutch Bros and got a free drink and they were so nice!!!
The coffee and drinks are amazing, and the staff are even better! Just the thought of getting Dutch Brothers adds so much happiness to my day!

Friendly and bubbly staff every single time! The line is often long but it moves pretty quickly and the drinks are definitely worth the wait.

I want whatever these baristas are drinking. I'd like to have 1/4 the energy they have bouncing from car to car. Love the drinks but the lines can get very long and they tend to be a bit slow. Still, not bad if you have the time.

I truly wish I could give them far more than 5 stars! the staff is absolutely incredible and friendliest dutch I've ever been too! they are hard working individuals who really care about their customers! although I haven't learned all of their names they know my wife and my names and orders almost by heart! we are thankful to be so lucky with the best dutch bros! thank you guys!
I love the variety offered. Sometimes it can be too much to decide between. They can accommodate allergies and they are knowledgeable. Friendly staff and good coffee. Try the caramelizer!!
Save your time and DONT go to the walk up window. Out of all the DB’s in AZ probably gotta be the worst walk up window. You could show up to the window, order, then two cars arrive to the drive thru and stack the drive window to maybe 5-6 cars… Those two cars that arrived, after you got out in the cold, will most likely get their drinks before you… Today I went to the walk up window, a couple showed up together about 10mins after I ordered, DB staff decided to make everyone’s drinks first and then distribute so I waited 20mins for my drink while that same couple got their drinks the same exact time as me. If you’ve been to DB’s in Arizona you know the walk up window usually has a dedicated barista. They do things different out here. Like I said whatever you do just sit in the drive thru line, there could be 10-11 cars to maybe 3 people at the window! I will guarantee you get your drink via drive thru faster than sitting out in sub 40 degree weather

Customer service was subpar. It was 20 minutes wait in the drive thru line after we ordered only 2 drinks until we reached the window. During our wait, an employee walked in through the back door, and exited with her own drink, clearly off the clock. Also during our wait in line, another employee on the clock clearly knew another customer 2 vehicles behind ours. This employee decided to hand deliver that customers drink personally to that vehicle, 4 vehicles before even reaching the window. Bottom line: We will NEVER patron this Dutch Bros again!
It serves specialty coffees. The five-star for food is actually for their drinks!

Always busy & have. Long line in drive thru. We've been lucky a few time to have 1 or 2 cars or even no cars at all.
