Croissant sandwich is delicious and I love their coffee. Comfy ambiance and staffs were nice.

This place has a new name and I think is under new ownership, but the coffee and sandwiches are good and the employees are very nice and helpful.
I tried it a couple of time. Not good but I have had worse. Now it has new owners. Worst coffee I have ever had.
When I moved here just over four weeks ago, I was in love with Gecko Expresso when I walked in and saw the enormous comfy couch, local art and newsletters, absolutely beautiful bookcases and furniture and decor. It was a welcome and much needed change from the hard, cold, square n' bare styles of most coffee stops these days. However, since I've moved here and was told the place would be under new management soon, I hoped it wouldn't fall to the same practices alot of sold businesses go through in changing hands. Yet when I visited this morning the decor was mostly gone, the couch gone and replaced with uncomfortable chairs and tables. The local art was gone. Was told the beautiful and welcoming furniture would be sold soon. Really breaks my heart to see it, will be on the hunt for a better coffee spot again. If the new owner reads this, please don't throw everything out just to fit in with the minimalism trend. There's enough of that, please cater to folks like myself who want comfort and community. Thank you.
The groggy gecko is a great way to start the day. Can't wait to try the other's. Nice local spot out this way.

10/10 WOULD GO BACK!!! Allow me to explain, I am a truck driver and require massive amounts of caffeine. I got a groggy gecko and it had five shots of expresso in it, and it's not weak expresso (eat your heart out Starbucks). This drink is so powerful it gave me the caffeine shakes. The food is amazing too. Next time I'm in this area, I'm stopping by again.

Way back, possibly 2011, I would stop in here for coffee (lived in central Mesa). I guess I fell in love with the small Cafe atmosphere and ambience. I have always been greeted as if I were familiar face, even though I didn't go in often. Today, I was in the area again and stopped in... same:-) I don't know if the owners are original or new owners took over, but the good reputation is still there. Very refreshing
Awesome coffee shop! I would have posted a picture of my pumpkin pastry, but I ate this gem immediately! Oh....the latte was great too.

Great little coffee shop and not only because it's your only option for decent coffee for quite a ways (unless you're thinking about doing something really crazy like going to Starbucks). Run by good people. Check it out. (warning: they serve their Mochas candy sweet.)
