Great food, friendly staff, & dog-friendly, too! Owlepeño Scramble was nice & spicy, the eggs were perfect, as was the potatoes. Add on endless iced coffee & a homemade cinnamon roll... oh that was a nice meal.
Waiter was okay, pretty mid. The food is pretty good, great if you're looking for a classic American brunch place
I was really excited and then very disappointed. Even for Flagstaff, these prices are out of control - I paid $40+ for a vegan BL(A)T and a vegan breakfast burrito before tip. Both items were mediocre. The vibe inside was nice but I can't imagine going back here.
Great breakfast stop. Bacon was exceptional, English muffin great and the potatoes amazing. With in the owl art and vintage chandeliers, the atmosphere is nice too.
Whether staying in Flagstaff, or passing through, we try to take time to stop at the Toasted Owl. It's a quirky restaurant with good breakfast, lunch, vegan, and carnivore options.
I want to bad to like this place, service is fine, the decor is cute, but what gets me is that I've felt so bad three of the four times after I've eaten here. Not full on food poisoning, but wishing I would be sick just to feel better. I plan on trying the other location one day though.
Super cozy feel. Reminds me of grandma's house or an antique shop in the best way. The breakfast potatoes were to die for!
We had breakfast in the restaurant. Food was cold, didn’t have much flavor. not too much in the menu selection, limited. Potatoes were cold, hard, over salted, and were from the day before. Tasted old. This place looks cute in the outside and inside, but the food was a 0 out of 10!!!
Amazing food and great service. Try the homemade cinnamon rolls..
Me and my family were passing through on a road trip and needing a place we could get vegan options. This was a life saver. Loved how many great vegan options and dishes they had.
The Toasted Owl is my absolute favorite spot in Flag! The baked treats, food, beverages- All fantastic. I am in love with the avocado toast 🤩 Although it's usually busy l, Ice never waited too long for a table, and if I did have to - it's so worth it! Staff is friendly and easy to chat with, makes for a great experience. The Owl-Themed items for everywhere are what make it so unique. You can stay busy checking it all out while you eat. Highly recommend!
Great vegetarian and vegan options, dog-friendly patio seating, and excellent service!
Great Unique place! Amazing Chai latte 😍 Delicious breakfast burritos
HORRIBLE first impression of this place. Was looking forward to being able to have breakfast with our dog on their dog friendly patio and they informed us that it was closed due to ‘potential’ bad weather - not current bad weather, just bad weather that may happen. Then we figure okay we’ll just order our food to go and they inform us that they aren’t taking to go orders because their kitchen is overwhelmed. I have worked in food service for many years and never turned business away in such a manner. They definitely need to work on their business operations and customer service. Do not recommend.
I don’t usually order pancakes in a restaurant but did here and they were delicious. The blueberries were plentiful but not so many that it made the pancakes soggy. My husband’s omelette was made the way omelets should be made. The potatoes were delicious too. Great little place. Glad we came.
We really like this spot and visit every time we come up to Flagstaff. The vibe is very unique and owl centric with lots of antique chairs, tables and decor. Staff has always been super friendly. The food is pretty good. The only reason I knocked down to four stars is the chairs and tables. I assure you it’s not a big thing but their antique nature lends to some comfort issue on my part. With that said I would absolutely not let that keep you from checking the place out. I love it here
We loved the atmosphere here! There's a constant supply of new owl art to look at in every corner. I got the ham and cheese omelet and Roasted potatoes, which were fantastic! My friend got the breakfast tamales and said they were great, but slightly overdone. Very friendly service!
Very cute and charming restaurant. We loved the owl decor and antique furniture. Our group has an egg allergy, and they have lots of delicious vegan options for meals. I tried the home made cinnamon roll- it is soft, fluffy, huge, and delightful. Definitely recommend! Also had half a buttermilk pancake- also very generously proportioned so you may be taking home some extra. Cozy, friendly service, and a great place to welcome you to the area.
The east side owl is open at 7am every day from March to September. From October to March, they open every day at 8, and are closed on Tuesday’s and Wednesday's.
The food, the service, the hospitality are very good, they have a variety of food to satisfy everyone's tastes, highly recommended 👌
