The breakfast was horrible. Eggs benedict was nothing like they should be, the biscuits and gravy had no flavor. We were really disappointed.

The staff was friendly and my food came out very fast. The restaurant is cute, but could use a little sprucing up. I expected retro and not modern, but it was dark and dingy looking. Unfortunately, my sandwich was missing ingredients and wasn't very tasty. The fries were hot and good. One star for the food, four for my waitress and speed of service.

Who doesn’t want a cute cafe with a delicious turkey melt and a tiny train that rides around the whole restaurant?! It was actually the perfect stop on our way out of Arizona.

We enjoyed this fun and unique restaurant on route 66. The little train running around the ceiling is exciting for the kids. My pancakes were pretty standard diner fare, but the french toast was amazing as was the breakfast meats. The staff was all very nice, but service was a little slow. We would definitely go back!

Horrible. Staff was rude. Place was dirty and smelled. They said there would be a 20min wait and acted disappointed that we decided to wait, then they changed their mind and said they couldn't serve such a big party.... a party of 5 you guys... We are just a normal family size. We'll never go back.

There's very few restaurants open in the town of Flagstaff, near where we were staying, past 8pm. We picked The Crown Railroad Cafe because it was open till 9. We were skeptical at first, being a Saturday night and walking into the almost empty restaurant, but the good reviews gave us hope. Turns out the reviews are spot on! The lunch counter gives it a nostalgic, old time diner feel, with a vintage electric train running around the top perimeter of the restaurant. I ordered the southern bbq sandwich which was delicious! Awesome fries, too. One of my friends had the cheese burger, the other ordered the french dip. Everyone was beyond happy with their choices. The waitress was happy to see us, even though we arrived near closing time. Trust the reviews! The place doesn't look like much upon first glance, but its a winner!

Train diner vibe perfect for route 66. Friendly service and large portions. The pancake was somehow better than most, maybe it's the griddle? Omelet with broccoli, ham and cheese was delcious. Would return.

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast today, 5/7/23, and the food was great, the servers were courteous and the restaurant was very cool.

Went in with high expectations. Pancakes were ok and corn beef hash omelet consisted of corn beef I've never seen. Service was great though..

This is morning, my little family went to Crown Railroad Cafe to try something new breakfast restaurant. So we came in around 9:15am then we ordered our coffees, and water for my daughter. We waited for our food like 40 minutes. I seen our orders to our table; I ordered eggs benedict, therefore there's overcooked poached, wrong hollandaise sauce it was way over and too thicken also there is little spicy for me and wasn't looking great on plate. My husband had eggs sausage patty sandwich it was huge and wasn't good tasty and taste so terrible. We waited for those orders for 40 minutes and unacceptable. The server was kind, respect, and understanding. She brought my daughter's scrambled eggs and there is an result way way way overcooked eggs to became crumbled and hard. She was hungry and had few bites wasn't good at all. She disliked it. We had to left because foods was so terrible since we are an professional chefs & know what is critical thinking how we looked at food, time and served. The server said I'm apologized not really great food & gave us discount. Don't recommend go this place. Thank you and signing off at 10:07am

I was stoked when I first walked in because they had a Train on the ceiling that goes around the restaurant! The waiter he was really pleasant and on top of making sure everything was okay! The waiter is the only reason for the 2 star. The food was really blan no flavor at all my 14 year old can cook better burgers, omelets and chili then this restaurant sorry guys but you need to bring some flavor to the table really disappointed 😞

Super cute place for kids, I wouldn’t say they have many gluten free friendly options. I ordered an omelet because eggs are usually safe, the omelet is not gluten free. Paid for good I couldn’t eat, so that was frustrating. Something to keep in mind for those who need gluten free. Service was great my little one loved the trains.

This is a must stop, service is above 5 starts and the food is outstanding. We only come in town a few times a year, and I am always happy to support the local community and small businesses. If there is a wait, just know it's worth the wait.
