Very nice little café. Nice place to study and chill. Things can be a little pricey, but for the area it's in it's decent.

Great food and bev options, located in a cool spot with great ambience and customer service. I highly recommend this shop and especially love it’s window seating. The passion jasmine tea is worth a visit on it’s own!
On a cold, spring morning in Flagstaff, we came upon a small lounge/bakery while looking for a place to eat breakfast before continuing traveling. The amount of teas to choose from is very diverse, and we ended up having Matcha and White Halo teas, both of which were very flavorful and beautifully made. The croissant and muffin sandwiches were tasty as well, and being a vegetarian, they removed the meat in the making. :) The atmosphere is very cozy in the building, and the organization of tables, chairs and pillows is very great to feel at peace.
I'm so excited about this place!! They have so many types of tea, both flavored and unflavored, and fun tea drinks to go along with that. They also offer coffee, if you're with a non-tea drinker, but they are predominantly a tea place. It seems like a great place with cute spots to sit and share a pot of tea with a friend, and also has a wide range of cups/steeping equipment if you need it!
always love coming here, i make a point to stop in as much as i can. they always have fun seasonal drinks and a good atmosphere.
It was the worst Chai latte I've ever had. It tasted like the water had come out of a coffee pot. My husband was disappointed that they didn't have a cappuccino. He ordered the drip coffee and said it was mediocre. The place is cute,but it doesn't look clean enough for me. I can't recall whether they offered gluten free baked goods. It seemed overpriced as well. We went to a Bakery down the road and had a much better experience.
experiment and smell the tea, choose something different but don't go there for coffee exclusively.
Steep is such a cute tea shop in downtown Flag! I personally love the window seats. They were doing counter/to-go only during the peak of the pandemic, but I’m so glad it’s open again because the vibe inside is great. In addition to the drinks and pastries, they have a wide selection of loose leaf tea: green, white, black, and herbal. Steep is a great place to look for gifts for birthdays, Mother’s Day, etc. if the person likes tea. My favorite drink is the lavender mint chai.
The nicest cutest tea shop (and among coffeeshops as well) in Flagstaff. They have lots of tea options to choose from. The cushions and short tables are ideal for a hangout or reading a book.
I don’t live in Arizona but I love visiting flagstaff. I ALWAYS make a stop at Steep. The atmosphere is great and the employees are very well educated on tea. Best Masala Chai I’ve ever had in my life. I started ordering loose leaf tea directly from their website, and they sent me a handwritten note and a free sample. This tea is so good, no sugar or cream needed. I want to order one of everything.
The upstairs tenant came down and starting making a scene and harassing the employees about her water pressure and door access, which made for an uncomfortable experience. But the service was wonderful, the tea was delicious, and the baristas were absolutely delightful!
Love the vibe. The owner is so personable as well as employees. Appreciate thier input/suggestions as well!

The pumpkin bread was delicious, and the ambience is gentle and warm, quite like their tea. Great music and wifi so you can study. Go give it a try!!
Got a peppermint matcha with oatmilk — best matcha I’ve ever had. If you don’t like matcha (for that fishy taste) the peppermint completely cancels it out, meanwhile the matcha and oatmilk perfectly balances the peppermint, so it’s still there but not overwhelming. Perfectly brewed, extremely inviting, a huge selection of teas, and friendly staff
The setup here is cute but the service here is was horrible.
Enjoyed a great slice of quiche and iced white peach tea. Pumpkin/pecan bread slices looked tempting too. Very unhurried and relaxing atmosphere. Pets stay outside too.
So so good!!! 10/10. Got not one but two drinks and they were both delicious!!
