What a lovely experience! I stopped by on a cross-country road trip. I expressed my need for an energy pick-me-up but that I dont want the jitters that caffiene sometimes causes. The owner introduced me to RASA and I ordered her Rose Honey RASA. DELICIOUS!!! And a great pick-me-up! I love rose beverages but most places don't use very much rose. Potion Tea & Bakery's Rose Honey RASA has a bold rose flavor - so fragrant! And the drink isn't too sweet ir syrupy. In fact she doesn't use traditional sweeteners, and the result is AMAZING. The perfect sweetness, complimenting the flavor without overpowering it. I also ordered a Dragon Heart chocolate - dark chocolate with dragon fruit jelly inside. It. Was. Amazing. Our chit chat was pleasant too and the vibe of the whole place is peaceful, warm and inviting. I only wish I could spend more time in Flagstaff so I could come back again. I'm definitely adding Potion Tea & Bakery to my list of road-trip-musts!

One of my favorite places to go when in Flagstaff. I’ve been a patron since 2018 and Potion has provided me with warmth, safety, and compassion. Heather is the best. I highly recommend her herbal teas.

Went for the boba and they said they didn't serve boba so I got an iced chai instead and it was bitter from being over brewed. They were nice though!

Took a day trip up to Flagstaff today and tried so many amazing local restaurants eateries and local businesses. My last stop of the day was potion Tea & bakery. I tried to talk to the barista but everyone here says is wonderful and she proudly proclaimed that she’s the only one that can do what she does. And frankly I believe her, I don’t think anyone else would be capable of charging seven dollars for such undrinkable swivel, the Matcha tasted like I was drinking powdered slim fast, the Boba which is supposed to be steeped and honey in order to impart flavor into the flavorless tapioca remained yep flavorless and Tough, i’m astounded done right flabbergasted that such a business has been allowed to operate for as long as it has. The woman running the establishment was called and uncaring and I’m not the only one writing a review who believes that she’s padding her own numbers. Really is a shame

Mellow place to hang out! Atmosphere seems centered around wellness and spirituality and smelled subtly of incense. Drinks are good but on the pricier end. I could tell the barista put a lot of love into the drink. There are a only couple tables/armchairs, but it doesn’t seem too busy so I had plenty of seating options. Great location too.

Honestly if I could give it a zero stars I would. Had an extremely poor experience here. I usually never write reviews ANYWHERE but felt compelled to do so today. I went in and ordered something that had hemp milk which I politely requested to substitute for almond milk and was asked “why? Do you have an allergy?”… which was no one’s business to begin with but my own personal preference. Never going back. The drinks were flavorless and very overpriced. And the baked goods were not prepared correctly. Worst experience at a tea shop I’ve ever had.

Lovely tea shop with amazing service and delicious products. Heather is an absolute delight to talk with and her shop radiates positivity. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a tasty, natural, and cozy tea.

Adorable tea shop in Flagstaff's historic Southside Downtown. The owner/host/chef is delightful and their thoughtfully curated selection of beverages and treats are aweMazing, healthy and delicious! The ambiance is cute and cozy. Truly one of Flagstaff's "off the beaten path" hidden treasures!

My wife wasn't crazy about the drink she got, but already wants to go again because it's so different from other places in town. I really liked the cookies! The service was excellent!

Not gonna lie I was kinda disappointed in this place. The drink that I got barely had any flavor, I don’t think the tea was steeped long enough. And the flavors that did stand out were not good. Place is very cute, but the drinks were expensive and left me with a bit of a stomach ache.

This place just radiates good energy. The kind lady making drinks was a delight to chat with. I thoroughly enjoyed watching her conjure up my drink as if brewing a potion. Definitely worth stopping in this unassuming little door.

Great tea options, very very very small space to enjoy at though. Cannot speak to the baked goods. Delightful environment over all.

Wonderful vegan treats and delicious tea menu. Tried two hot tea concoctions, each distinct and balanced. Selections of loose leaf lines the walls, enticing flavor variations of black, green, herbal and more. Spiritual menu intrigued me, as it included crystal/mineral essence, cacao ceremony, sound therapy, and more with names I’d need to Google.

I am not sure who is giving false five star ratings, but please stop. I went this evening and ordered Boba, the tea was sour and had no flavor whatsoever. Just because a product may be natural/organic/vegan or wheat free, does not mean it should'nt taste good. I wasted my money and I think the milk she used was spoiled. It was broken up and seperated. After a few sips I felt nauseated and my stomach has been upset since, not even being dramatic as there is no need but I really feel sick. I am scared to eat the cookies I bought :( Very disappointed.
