The mocha tasted like old burnt coffee from the previous day. Will stick with the other coffee shops in stead( Wicked Coffee for one never fails).

We were there at 10:55 and waited in line for 10 minutes putting us past the 11am cut-off for breakfast. If you are vegetarian do not bother coming here after 11am if you want anything other than a cold sandwich with vegetables and semi-ripe avocado (mine was on a stale bagel). They have one veggie item for lunch. The staff were not friendly and were not willing to offer substitutes for the meat on the other lunch sandwiches. It doesn't make sense because the breakfast items are all vegetarian and they even offer meat substitutes. Not really sure why I am giving this place 2 stars and not 1. My husband and son liked their bagels with cream cheese alright, I guess. Overpriced, not friendly or accommodating, no worthwhile vegetarian lunch options.

I had a delicious hot Thin Mint coffee. Can't rate the atmosphere as good because we arrived 2 hours before closing yet they had all the chairs on top of the tables. Not very welcoming.

This place is DELICIOUS!!! Not only are their coffees great but the staff super friendly!!!! The first day I tried the Dirt Clod with oatmilk and decaf...super yummy!!!!! And today I tried the Thin Mint with oatmilk and decaf and it was just as delicious!!! Their coffee was the perfect temp and I was able to enjoy them both right away without burning my mouth. The atmosphere is very calming, super clean and very welcoming. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again!

This is one of my favorite go to coffee places in flagstaff! I always make a stop here. The raspberry mocha is delish! They have two locations , both easily located, just got lost with the GPS rerouting us back and forth

Picked up some Matador espresso beans at WF in Tucson. Nice and smooth medium roast. For people that like good espresso-made drinks but don't want that overly intense dark taste. A true delicious medium roast! My suggestion to them would be put the roast date on the bag, not just a "best by" date.

Their hot coffee was just what we needed (strong and delicious) since it was snowing when we were there! They are also really quick, our order was ready within a couple of minutes !! Definitely will go there again when we visit Flagstaff.

I guess it depends what you want. This is not a place for coffee aficionado. The dark roast for espresso was burnt (and tasted burnt). The staff (two young teenagers or young adults talking like teenagers) did not know the origin or roast profile of the beans. I think they had no clue what a roast profile is. Not the end of the world if the coffee would have been good. The beans in the mill were shinny (likely too old as a 4-10 days dark roast should not have expelled all of their oil like that) and I even saw scortch beans. Likely too fast roast at extremely high temperatures for a short amount of time, thus burning the beans and flavor. Hey, it happened to miss a batch or if not a missed batch I suggest to review the roast profile for whatever beans you are using in your dark roast. Well i guess it depends which type of customer you want to attract too. To be fair, I am probably not the typical customer and if you put milk and/or sugar in your coffee all that won't matter as much anyway. On a more positive note, the place is nice. I am not trying to be mean and I sincerely wish you business success

Stopped by on our way to the Grand Canyon. Very good- decent number of drink options, some food options. Great option for a quick bite/sip! Raspberry truffle coffee was the BEST!

Good vibes, with great natural light throughout the whole shop. They have a bunch of their roasting equipment out in the open which is fun to see! The coffee is delicious and the staff is super friendly!

Customer service has been fantastic. The baristas are very friendly and welcoming. They make great drinks. I recently bought the Sulawesi Kalossi beans and they are delicious. Mostly brew via a pour over. This morning I made coffee with their whiskey barrel aged beans and I recommend using the aeropress as it pulls a lot more of the whiskey flavors out. Highly recommend giving Matador a try!

Cute place, nice vibes, and the girl working is the sweetest and so helpful with recommendations. I got the Bees Knees coffee which has lavender and honey and I'm loving it.

Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the burrito and coffee, so delicious! So happy you guys were open at go-getters time, instead of 7:00 or later like most others. When we are back, you will be our go to! Kudos!

I am visiting Flagstaff and wanted to get an iced coffee/espresso comparable to the flavors I drink at home, very strong and mildly sweet. I asked the female front clerk about some of their drinks and shared with her what I usually drink. She was very short with me and it seemed like I was bothering her. I went with the drink she hurriedly suggested, the black and white with 4 shots of espresso. The coffee is weaker than I have ever tasted and the flavors were muddy. I would have asked the clerk for a different drink but didn’t feel like experiencing more poor customer service. I would also like to point out that during the wait for our drinks my spouse and I asked about the coffee beans because I love coffee and would have definitely purchased a few bags if it’s was good of course. However again while asking questions both male and female at the counter weren’t very customer service oriented. Oh well I guess. No beans for me.

Went in to get a quick coffee and some hot chocolate for the kids. Bathroom was not very clean or well kept. The cold brew was pretty acidic and the chocolate chip cookie we got to share seemed over baked. The look and feel of the place is great and we will give it another try the next time we are in Flagstaff. Customer service was good and the barista was knowledgeable.
