Bw ready to wait for 40 minutest foe your cup of coffee. Went early and there was inky 1 petspn working the register and making the coffee. Spend 20 minutes to order 5 more to get my drink. Coffee was good so decided to give it another chance. I went in the afternoon and even bought a bag of coffee. This time there was another person working but still only 1 person doing everything. Coffee is good. Feel sorry for the worker and the other people who have to wait ridiculous amount of time for a cup of coffee. Would give it 5 stars but the wait brings it back to 2. The bad service is not really from the batista but as a result of manager being cheap and having 1 person run a shop by taking orders and making deinks while other 20 people are in line

30 min for a burrito after they missed it on my first order and I didn’t realize they didn’t charge it until 15 min later. Proceeded to wait another 15 min for it. Other than that coffee and burrito were pretty good. High in price. Spend $42 on two coffees a burrito and 2 danish cheese
Service and ambience are great! The coffee was a bit too acidic for us, but still would recommend a visit!
Firecreek is my favorito stop when I live downtown. 我喜歡洗手間。 這是乾淨和辣椒的愛。My mug is cool. You can buy their stuff it's good stuff. I always feelz so good when I go there. They roast their own beans and they have stuff on tap.

A great spot to enjoy your coffee. We’re visiting the US from Australia and generally find the coffee in the States pretty bad, not the case at Firecreek Coffee Company. My latte was delicious and by far the best coffee I’ve had in the last 2 weeks of travel. My wife and daughter enjoyed a hot chocolate and iced chocolate, both perfect. Highly recommended.

I stopped by Firecreek to grab some caffeine and a bite before heading down to Sedona for a day of hiking. I ordered a Dark Sky latte (chocolate and peppermint) and my boyfriend ordered a Campfire latte (Graham cracker, marshmallow, chocolate). Both drinks were not too sweet but rich in flavor. I also ordered a yummy vanilla scone which also wasn’t too sweet and tasted very fresh :) The barista was kind and welcoming. The shop played awesome music and I left the place having “Shazamed” several songs. I left Firecreek caffeinated, happy, and with a new music playlist. :)

Absolutely delicious coffee, BUT the staff needs serious help. We waited for 30 minutes for our coffee after we gave the staff member our order and paid. She was not friendly and had the whole entire shop full of people waiting on their order. The other customers were furious, because they had been there for far longer than we had and we were already at the 30 minute mark. The employee was taking everyone’s orders before making any of the drinks. She would even stop making drinks for people that had been there for close to an hour just so she could take an order and payment from more people that just walked in. Craziest experience ever. Their coffee is amazing, they just need new employees.
Not pleased with this place. Waited about 20 mins for two coffees and that was the whole order. Cost of the two was 12 dollars. Insane. To top of the terrible experience the lids on the coffee leaked out coffee every time you took a sip.
Atmosphere is great, coffee is good.
I’m visiting from Boulder, CO and was looking for a fun, local shop to chill and get some work done for a couple hours. I had a latte and a drip while I was there and both were great! The atmosphere here is top-notch, the baristas are super friendly, and there is plenty of seating! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cool local place to relax for a few.
Super friendly service from the two individuals that were working. They brought out our orders and even our coffees. One coffee order got missed, but they were sincerely apologetic and got it out in a timely manner. The coffees/lattes were tasty. Fresh chocolate croissant was delicious as well. Overall price is a little steep. $6.5 for a small latte seems a bit much though. With 4 people: getting 3 breakfast meals, 3 coffees & 1 croissant it was just over $80. 😗 Overall, great experience.
