Such a cozy place to get work done & enjoy the drinks and community. Something about this place makes you feel at home.
I asked politely for them to turn their metal music down (at 6 in the morning) because there are houses next door and the employee rolled his eyes and made a snarky comment, then proceeded to turn the music up. These guys always have their music blaring and I don’t care cause it’s at a decent hour, but 6 in the morning?? With no concern about their neighbors, good local spot? Nah these guys are rude. Also the drinks are bland and taste like dirt.

Love this little place! Such a great vibe, great drinks. The employees are always so kind and helpful. Even the other patrons are lovely.

First and second time it was great. However, the third time we went in the barista substituted almond milk for real (cows) milk and then refused to give us a refund. Left feeling cheated. There are several other great places within a block or two so I suggest walking on by this place and supporting the nearby shops who will treat you fairly.
The owner was super sweet and welcoming, as I'm new to the city. Couches, local art, and very comfortable atmosphere! Highly recommend

Cozy little spot with drinks I've never heard of before. Kratom teas, kava root drinks, and of course espresso. The barista educated me about my selection and gave great recommendations for how to make my drink more enjoyable. Tons of comfy chairs and local art for sale.
This place is WILD 😜. They have other goodies as well. Always willing to upsell and/or discount.

This place is adorable, feels homey and very comfortable. 10/10 recommend
The staff includes some of the most genuine people you'll have a chance to meet. Cozy furniture and decor help create a relaxing atmosphere, ideal if you need to decompress. Additionally, Kratom or kava are fantastic if you struggle with chronic pain or anxiety. Im a regular and definitely suggest going if you haven't yet!

Awa Kava is such a cool little spot. I stopped here with a friend on a Wednesday night and this place was surprisingly busy. This place is complete with board games, a fire pit outside, and a cool vintage-house aesthetic. We asked the kavatender what was good on the menu, and he recommended the Tongan kava with caramel flavor. The flavor was pretty bitter but had a pleasant effect. I loved the atmosphere more than my drink, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Hoping I can try one of their different menu options if I’m ever back in Flagstaff.
That was the most disgusting cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Sugar syrup no coffee. Blah. Service was good. But will not be back.
Judah, Mackenzie and Austin have been nothing but warm / welcoming and willing to share their wealth of knowledge about kava and Kratom whenever I go. Great place to meet people and relax.
Highly recommend the honey cinnamon latte!
