Delicious pastries, freshly made boba tea, and of course donuts. This is a really cute place and it's even open late for those evening cravings! We will definitely be back again and again

Donuts here are so good. Staff is incredibly friendly and the place is inviting. Would definitely not want to pass up on this shop while in town.

Visiting family and dropped in from Vegas. Cute place! The ham/cheese jalapeño croissant is delish! Highly recommended. The straw/banana smoothie is also delightful. Thanks ladies!!!

Counter service is great. I was hesitant to try this location because my first time at a different city was ok. Theirs was stale while this location has has everything moist. I read a review here about their donuts having an after flavor from the oil that made me not want to go but I’m glad I went. I highly do not recommend the traditional cake crueler style ones as they did not taste good at all.

Boss needs to kick it up a notch and actually put a filling in their jelly donuts as you barely get a bite of the filling.

Here's a description of my experience at this place. If you want a fast description, then maybe scroll to a shorter comment or go to the very bottom of this comment where I give my overall rating, but I like to be as fair and thorough as possible while maintaining concision. I'm not a food/restaurant expert but here's my experience. Today is a rainy day and I thought about reading something while also experiencing the rain as I sip on some Thai tea boba with an egg and cheese croissant on the side. As I entered the place, it gave me a reminiscent place from a movie where people would have their breakfast as they would chat. The place was pretty empty and after ordering my food and drink, people would come in at regular intervals to which donuts were the most popular orders. The customers seemed to be busy and the place gave off a fast food vibe, unlike my expectation of it being a place where you were to sip, read and think like in a poem. On the other side of the counters, the workers were very friendly to me and the other customers that came and went. As far as the workers' relationships with each other, they seemed to be very quiet and not a lot of chit chats like Starbucks and/or dutch bros. There are obviously pros and cons with this but take it as you'd like. The workers seemed to be friendly and always doing something productive on the one hand. As I sat down to eat my food, the croissant was so good and heated pretty well and definitely complemented the cold Thai tea boba that was smooth and sweet. Perhaps I came here expecting to read poems but I didn't like the fact that the tables were kind of unkempt as I saw crumbs on them from previous customers. As to how long they had been there, I'm not sure. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the food, drink and scene of the rain through the glass walls, which I'm a big fan of. There were lots of visuals inside this sit down place and definitely these posters were entertaining to the eyes almost like a classroom. I did see a s

Usually I think this Bosa location has the best donuts in the world. However, my trip this Christmas break I went twice and both times the donuts tasted 2 + days old. I don’t know if they were over cooked or have been sitting out for a week. The Apple fritters were black so that could be a clue they are over cooked. Too bad. I don’t know if I’ll be back 😢

The way my daughter was spoken to by the 2 girls working here was disgusting. She went in after going through the drive thru because her order was messed up and they berated her to the point she left in tears. She absolutely loves the drinks here so she decided to give them another try. Once again, the order was messed up by the same 2 girls but she was so scared to go in to have it fixed because of what happened last time. So she paid for a watermelon smoothie but was given a watermelon tea. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
