The shop, and the individuals that run it are excellent. Tucked away, its off the beaten path and a nice reprieve from the throngs of tourists. The warm welcome and the great brews make this place one of the best kept secrets in the area

Great place with nice people. The menu is a little spare but my chai latte was excellent.

Wonderful People Wonderful Product!

Leasa and Bruce have created an amazing experience with this wonderful coffee shop! It has some of the best coffee, bagels, and vegan cream cheese in the state of Arizona. We find any excuse to drive down to Bisbee so that we can come here.

Nice minimalist vibe. A mix of tourists and locals. AUTHENTIC coffee/espresso bev's, NOT the b.s. made up offerings filled with tons of sugars and artificial everything from corporate chains. And the proprietors are very hospitable and generous. I like to relax outside on the sidewalk and enjoy.

GREAT Kafka, Great Koffee. This place is the greatest, owners are the most welcoming in this town, and such great ambiance in this beautiful building. Cold brew to die for. I need it now! I had the pleasure of meeting these people while doing a job next door. While I'm not in town "Bisbee" much I will get my expresso fix @ KAFKA

There is so much to say but I will keep it simple. Kafka's is "The Cheers" of Coffee shops... The proprietors Bruce and Lisa are personable and the customer service is the best... It has a very welcoming atmosphere, where literally people "locals" greet each other and if you're from out of town they welcome you... The menu is limited so don't expect an array of fancy or bougie coffees and you definitely can't get a sandwich here... Food selection is limited to bagels and a few pastries... If you venture in do so with an open mind and patience... It can get busy there!

Slow down and order a hefty ceramic mug full of locally roasted, freshly brewed coffee (BTW—their Mocha is yum). Enjoy the staff, locals, and (sometimes) live music. Sipping from a proper mug takes me back to the early 90s before my coffee shop experience suddenly became all about speed and paper cups with plastic lids (busy, busy). I love this place and am grateful it’s in my neighborhood.
