Fast and friendly service I would come back again good atmosphere

The drinks are always good. The staff on the other hand not the best as I read in the reviews they do like to stand around and ignore you. One person in particular I have no clue what her name is but has shorter hair has been rude to me in the past by just sitting there with her arms crossed chilling when I was ready to order and then after she finally decided to take the order she then flips the tablet over and walks away with almost a disrespectful way of it. Then recently as a doordasher I tried to pick up an order via drive thru which I have done before. This same lady that works there said we can not pick up orders there and have to go inside I told her well I don't see that policy and informed I have got an order this way before and asked if it were OK to just pass me the order since no other customers were waiting. She said not come inside or leave in a disrespectful manner. I spoke to her manager/supervisor and she claiming I was rude when of course I was not. I simply asked what's the reason to get off if no one is here in line and I did not see any policy posted up anywhere. So she took that as rude when her very own staff member treats customers with disrespect. The staff needs work or they shouldn't be working there at all. It would of been great to have gotten that employees name to make a formal complaint on her. The manager did overall take the time to hear me out and informed me she would talk to her employee, but I won't know if that will stand or not as I had already left. You want blackrock coffee, go to a different location for it and maybe the staff will be better.
Friendly, welcoming environment with the best coffee I’ve have had. I recommend black rock to everyone I know. Bonus they’re drive-thru is quick and you’re in and out in no time.
The only nit pick I have is nobody stays longer than 10 minutes and the visit rate drops like a rock after 12 noon
Great coffee shop. My daughter normally gets a fuel. She loves the energy drinks. I love the hot coffee. Everything I have tried has been good. Excellent service.
I live close to downtown Phoenix and had a meeting with my client in Avondale. Turns out I was 2 hours early so I looked for a local coffee shop to do some work. I originally was looking for a black owned coffee shop in the area (no shade to Black Rock Coffee, just my own preference). I ended up finding Black Rock and checked out their menu. Their website was simple and clean and the menu looked great and sounded refreshing so I choose them. As I arrived there was a line of cars in the drive through area. To me it came off as they must be busy because a lot of people like them. I entered and the atmosphere was very clean and inviting. It’s quaint but also airy and spacious. The cashier girl was very helpful and explained the drinks to me since it’s my first time. I ordered an organic coconut and pineapple Fuel, breakfast burrito, and sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich. I enjoyed everything especially the fuel drink. Though it seemed a bit pricey to me, I understand why. They have really great quality food and beverages and the environment is very nice. I also factor in they probably take care of their staff decently hence the price. I am glad to pay the price because my overall experience was great and I would come back again next time I’m on this side of town.
Extremely slow Won't prepare food or drinks till driver arrives.....slower than Dunkin donuts

I love black rock but needs more consistency, example bagels at one location come with the cream cheese or butter on them which is preferred on the go, but some other locations don't put it in for you
I went here on my way out of town with my wife for our anniversary and they didn’t give me my card back. I tried to call and it just gives me a voicemail and no one responds to the text. The customer service at this location is non existent and unfortunately even tho the coffee etc is good I will no longer go here. The staff always has attitude, we order food all the time and are missing items, drinks made incorrectly and now this. The manager is a joke and doesn’t care, should be fired.
First time here, loved the place great stuff very clean good coffee good snacks
First time here 12/21/22 was looking for food. The spinach and feta croissant was so good. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it’s like a 3.95 kind of sandwich not over $5. The woman at the window was cool I didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and long hair. Good customer service. I’ll have to try the coffee next time!
Visited this location 6:30 am 12.17.22 staff was friendly, kind and competent. They got our order out efficient and correct. Great Job! Customer service was superior!
