Great hamburgers and a wonderful crew. Very accommodating.
Horrible service! I ordered 2 veggie burgers and jalapeno poppers. I even pointed to it on the menu while ordering. We got 2 cheeseburgers and no jalapeno poppers. I do understand they are very busy but how can u make this kinda mistake? They were not even apologetic for the wrong order. Fries were almost burnt! I regret stopping here for our Anniversary lunch. And they had the audacity to charge us for the jalapeno poppers that we never got!

Terrible service. The waitress scolded us for not calling ahead to warn her we were a group of 10 coming in. She angrily told one small group of 4 NOT to move a table away from a wall (so they could all sit down). Another table asked for a dish but with no beans, her response was that was how it came, with beans. Overall, she was rude and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Also, food took far too long to arrive, and was mediocre at best. Great location and decor, but the staff ruined it.
Great local diner. Very busy but competent waitstaff. Took our order quickly and food was there before expected. Good menu.
Nice out of the way place to stop after a day at Organ Pipe National Monument. Great burgers and Margaritas.
I had the "Power outage burger"! It was amazing, Best burger I've ever had in Ajo HANDS DOWN! The staff was great, and all-n-all the restaurant was a great experience.
We were there over 2 hours on our way home from Rocky Point. The server was nice but she complained about the cook. The cook was having a tantrum. We could hear it from the dining room. Our food took forever and came out burned. Bad bad bad. Should have never left the kitchen like that. The server could see it but said nothing. There were three people in the kitchen for a small dining room. There is no reason for them to be so incompetent. We saw many customers come in and leave due to no greeting or service when they arrived. Bathrooms gross. Super disappointing. We have stopped here before and loved it, never again.
Too few servers and too long of a wait for food to come out. I desperately want to love this place but we were there for 2+ hours for a quick lunch when it should have been < 1 hour.
SUPER slow service. We came on a Monday afternoon, it was not super busy, but it took 20 min to place our order, another 45 min to receive it. The food was fine, but would not return.
Agave is great! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The cheese curds are literally the best I've ever had. My only "complaint" is that on 2 occasions, they were out of the cheese curds. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone.
I had spent most of the day at the Organ Pipe and was looking for some food on the way home. As there isn’t many restaurants in Ajo, I decided to give the Agave Grill a try. The restaurant was clean and only four three table has guest when I arrived. The waitress was greeted me, brought me a drink and took my order promptly. Then I waited. I notice only one table had food so hopefully, I wouldn’t be waiting long. It was 50 minute until the sandwich arrived! The other table had long waits too and the food was coming out one order at a time. The sandwish looked a bit overo4-grilled and it was. The bun were so toasted they were almost burned and hard as a rock. I’ll have to say that the crispy chicken patty was crispy. My hiking boot are much more tender than the chicken. The fries were cooked to a deep brown and as limp as spaghetti and needless to say, greasy. I gave this restaurant two stars, one for the polite waitress and the other for the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich that had survived the grill. This restaurant need a real cook. With food like this it won’t be long before it joins the list of dead restaurants in Ajo. I won’t be going back for any more of that or recommend it to anyone I like.
Good Burgers. Fries were quite salty. Owner very helpful about Mexican travel. Closes at 8:00pm

Good food and service. The owner is very personable and accommodating. Choices in this small town are limited. This restaurant throws down the gauntlet on good food, prices, and service, worthy of our patronage.
We've eaten here the last 4 winters and it has really gone downhill. I understand small town and supply chain issues equal higher prices. But at least try to produce decent food. Burgers we're OK but the fries had been cooked long before they were served cold. The chef salad had one piece of lunch meat chopped up and least one whole onion on it as filler. When you get to the register to pay there is a sign about an additional surcharge on the burgers. Much better restaurant on the plaza.
Half of my sandwich had no chicken. Misunderstood my order. Had to ask twice for more water
Food was very good. Wanda the waitress was not happy to be there. Took over an hr to get a cheeseburger. And she did nothing but complain and tell everyone she does not like you saying her name, by other workers, her husband or just anybody ! Not a fun experience.
Best hamburger I’ve eaten in Arizona. Actually in the USA! Seriously Only complaint is the fries (witch were good!) were a little cold. But we were a big group.
Was in town and wanted to try a local spot. Great food and the owner server was awesome even though she was slammed with customers.
