The donuts were really good but the employee Sarah was very rude. I didn't hear her over the intercom because she was talking so fast and then when I asked her again what she said she sighed and said it again really fast. Then when she handed me my food she handed it to me so quick and barely let me grab it So it fell on the Ground.
The most basic & fundamental donut platform on which all other better donuts are based.
Sad they discontinued their Apple fritters!
Says they open at 7 but doesn't really. Some many people left
Ordered delivery and all the donuts were stale, gross, and sad looking. First time having Krispy Kreme and I won't be back.
My family and I attempted to grab some donuts today at Krispy Kreme’s Wasilla location on 3/11/23 at 7:30am. The sign at the front door said they were only open for drive thru. We had a large trailer and couldn’t turn through the drive thru. My kids and husband attempted to walk through the drive thru, both the ordering screen and knocking on the drive thru window but no one answered. We tried knocking on the front door and could see two workers and they headed back to the back to hide from us. I attempted to call an no one answered. To say the least, very disappointed. Might want to go ahead and turn off your ‘open’ sign because you clearly are not serve donuts.
The Wasilla location needs to step up their game if they want to stay in business. Constantly stale, old donuts. Needs new management. Sell quality product and the word gets out, then you're busy and make money. Make fresh donuts daily and only sell fresh. At first it will feel like you're wasting a lot, until the word gets out. Then everyone will want your donuts. Such a shame. Everyone loves fresh Krispy Kreme.
Yup doughnuts love em. Wanna save a few$? Buy a $25 gift card via Groupon and it's only $20. Limit is 3 per month. Love the Oreo Kreme filled and the Recesse
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was the only person in line, and I sat there ready to order while she finished what she was doing for 10 minutes. I ordered 6 assorted donuts, and she gave me the same donuts, and told me if I want to come back in two hours I could have different donuts, but they are low on supplies. It’s 8 am in the morning, and already can’t complete a requested order. On top of that, the donuts I did receive were not fresh at all. Much rather go to Donut King.
I’m sorry, but Donut King, Carrs, Fred Meyer and Walmart ALL have better donuts in my opinion. There isn’t much donut in the donut, although they are iced well. It seems as if they are trying to save on the dough?? No idea 🤷♀️ Don’t know why I’ve heard some people rave about it, it’s a nothing donut in my opinion. Especially for the cost🙄
I always love this place. If you want to save $ buy the egift cards via Groupon.. You get a $25 for $20
Anthony at Wasilla store is absolutely amazing! Great customer service attitude and the donuts were fantastic!
I went there for my birthday dozen and she was fast paced to get me out of the door in no time and the donuts were very fresh
Great staff, great product, great store. Personally I enjoyed playing their piano in the seating area. Tip your server and be polite! 11/10 will return again and again.
Rude staff with an attitude problem who would rather be on their cell phones then helping the customer. Seriously looks like she put her thumb through one of my Kreme filled doughnuts. Worst service ever.
This is my third time attempting to purchase fresh doughnuts from the Wasilla location. I drove through around 8:06am and asked what doughnuts were fresh and made that morning. I was told all were with the exception of donut holes and minis. I asked for a dozen assorted and received what I’ve always gotten: cold and stale glazed donuts with assorted icing on top. If you want fresh, go to the Anchorage location.
A rude, native appearing employee, lost my sale due to her lack of product knowledge, impatience, unprofessional attitude, and lack of PR skills. I will consider giving your location a second chance, and using your product for a fundraiser in support of the Alaskan film making industry.
Hours changed without updating any site. New hours are 7am-5pm. We were driving across the state and went out of our way to Wasilla to get there at 6am. Just to sit in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, Employees saw us and said nothing. The drive thru had no notice. We went to check the lobby and there was a sheet of paper on the door, in tiny hard to read text, state their "new" hours.
Got a dozen donuts at 10:00am...all were rock hard and stale...for what they charge, you'd expect at least somewhat fresh food....
Never been a big fan of this place. The donuts are not that great. There are better places in town to get donuts.
