My favorite place in the valley, and the only place that I know will get my drink right every time
My daughter and I had gone. I had a dairy free caramel Macchiato, and my daughter had a white mocha. Hers is undrinkable. Mine was ok, at least I could drink it. It was $14 for them (one 20 oz and one 24 oz), plus a $3 tip. I learned to taste before we leave. My daughter wanted to go to Starbucks, but we were on a tight schedule. Next time I will definitely make time.
Disgusting! I've come to this location a couple different times in the past, I was never happy with what I got. I went back today and got a simple white mocha. It tastes burnt, there's no white mocha flavoring....it's like I'm just drinking a watered down coffee.
I went there in the morning and it was long line like 8 cars 15 min per super slow
Sat in line for ten minutes behind just one customer. Then when I actually got up to the window, I sat there for another five. No one greeted me, much less took my order. There are so many other coffee stands in the valley; just pass this one up
Every single time we go there they take so long. Today we went there and there wasn’t even a employee in the coffee shop. We waited a solid 20 minutes until we drive off. The open sign was on and everything but there was no employee. Never going there again. Do better.

Decent coffee, services always took awhile and I'm not sure the barista at the time was too sure how to make a good americano cause it was always burnt. Wish they had more food options too! Overall a decent place
Beyond friendly and accommodating service every single time I've been to Jumpin' Java. It used to be close to my house and I went there for coffee in the morning on average 3-5 days a week for several years since they opened up. Always had the pleasure of receiving a customer experience that was personal and customized to me, and was always made delicious cups of coffee tailoring to my strange and whacky ideas pertaining to a cup of coffee. My 2 brothers also have been going there for years several times a week and I believe still do as its on their way to work, and they have always told stories of similarly amazing customer experiences at Jumpin' Java. There's not much more I can put into words about how amazing this place is, truly cant say enough good things. You will have to go and see for yourself. Enjoy!!
