I love coming to this cafe for the coffee, the sandwiches, and the desserts. The workers here are all so genuinely sweet and so amazing each time. The coffee is always high-quality made, and even for complicated orders, they always get it exactly right. The sandwiches on the menu are some of the best sandwiches I've had in Wasilla, and their cheesecakes are made fresh and absolutely delicious as well. I've been here many times and I will be here many more as well. I highly recommend everyone to try their sandwiches as I ordered the 907 breakfast sandwich in the photo; it was absolutely amazing. It's such a shame that they are kind of in a hidden location as this is definitely a hidden gem for cafes in the Wasilla area. Definitely come here if you get the chance.
The best and most comforting cafe. We tried sandwiches and cheesecake. And vibe is stop on, make you feel like staying there for a longer time.
Super cute little cafe, perfect for meeting a friend for coffee, yummy food and drinks. Barista was vary kinda
Good coffee and good service.
The grilled cheese was pretty spectacular.
We had a larger group at midmorning on a weekday and we were all accommodated well. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. I loved the savory danish! They were filling and easy to eat on the go. The hot chocolate and cheesecakes are rich and yummy! Bobbi, the owner is a sweet lady and the atmosphere is relaxing. Come by for a visit!
We stopped in as we had a few minutes before our teenagers chiropractic appointment. I had an oatmilk matcha with Peppermint and I think vanilla, blended. The lady that was in front of us got it and it just looked amazing, so I asked for what she had. It was wonderful! My husband got an almond milk latte and he said it was great. I also got the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and it was scrumptious! My teenager decided to share half of it, and my drink, since I couldn't finish it fast enough for her liking. We will be back, for sure.
Awesome service, delicious cheesecakes, fun specials, pleasant place to hang out!
First off, Caffe Dolce has the best cheesecakes! They have blueberry cheesecake, crème brûlée cheesecake, cheesecakes with toppings, plain cheesecakes, and a bunch of other kinds. The cheesecake is my favorite thing to get here, but my favorite about Caffe Dolce is the way they make a contribution to our community. They are involved in platforming important charities - often spotlighting and supporting local groups - and I appreciate that!
Awesome cheesecake!!! Good food all around, actually. They make great pastries and sandwiches and soups, and the affogato! Yum!
The best hot chocolate I’ve ever had at a coffee place. There’s also a nice, quiet atmosphere that other little cafes don’t have. They do play musical soundtracks which is a little odd but I imagine some people like it. Very good sandwiches. Helpful, attentive staff.
Excelente.
Service was mediocre. I ordered a latte. The barista did ask if I would like an alternate milk (kudos to her, and they have oat milk). I paid and sat down and never got my order. About 30 minutes later when a staff member finally came back up front I inquired about my latte. "Do you mean this one?" as he picked it up off the counter. Wow. There was only one other customer, already sitting down with food and coffee, in the establishment. So it wasn't because they were busy. Please do much, much better with future customers.
Worst customer service in the valley
Adorable decor. Delicious food, and super friendly service. Worth the money.
I really do want to support this place, and I've been trying to for going on 2 years now. But honestly, there are so many issues...probably the biggest one is that I get upcharged $4 for gluten-free/dairy-free items. While I'm glad they offer the options, 1) I know how much these items cost because I buy them for my own home. This is a ridiculous upcharge. Their regular prices are high to begin with and have gone up again recently. 2) I can't eat the cream cheese they put on all their sandwiches, so the upcharge is even stupider - I have to pay extra for dairy-free cheese on top of missing an ingredient that's already calculated into the regular price. Other issues include inconsistency of product, skimpy portions, workers who just don't pay attention (Haley is the one exception - she's consistently great), and weak coffee unless you get the 12oz size. Positives include REALLY good gluten-free focaccia, the decor, and some of the best zuppa toscana I've ever had - it's even dairy-free, and it needs to be on the menu year-round. But I can't justify paying almost $20 for a so-so breakfast sandwich and a mocha anymore. I never really could, actually.
Great customer service; reasonable and content!
The best coffee ever. Savory danishes are awesome too. Great and friendly service.
Nice place quick friendly service! The cheesecake was awesome!! Will go back for sure!
After work I came here for cheesecake but they were sold out. I'd suggest getting there early! They have delicious cheesecake. So I tried a green Chile grilled cheese w tomato basil soup. Crunchy and creamy goodness, but needed a teeny bit more seasoning for both but it was good! :)
