Do not miss going to this spot!
This is one of the coolest places in town. Went into the historic Alaska Railroad train car to order then a window seat for a nice view and wonderful coffee. Staff was so very friendly, polite and helpful. There's also a nice gift shop with art and items made by local artists. Large variety of items to order from the menu. Mine was a white chocolate, carmal mocha and was delicious!
The Lemon Drop waffle is heavenly. The curd was perfect in that it was just sour enough but not too much, the waffle itself had a nice, crisp crunch on the outside with a soft delicate inside. I also ordered the Yukon Gold, which is a Latte with ginger and tumeric. It's a beautiful golden color and absolutely zero bitterness. There are some earthy tones in it and a hint of sweetness, but overall there is a smoothness and creaminess to this drink that I enjoy. The atmosphere is amazing and just absolutely Cozy. There is a great gift shop next door with a connected hallway between the two and the bathrooms are amazing. The whole place is always clean each time I go in there.
So good we had to come twice. This cute and cozy cafe was recommended by a friend and we ended up coming the next morning as well to try the cuckoo for coconut special. The shake N’ bacon is soo good with the maple mustard and the lemon drop is so rich. The atmosphere is so comforting and the staff is always so kind. Could not recommend it enough.

Amazing coffee and both waffle dishes we had were incredibly flavorful and perfect portion size.. Both of the Baristas were friendly and polite as well. Awesome place with very comfortable seats and beautiful restored train car to sit in.
Super cute place to great breakfast and coffee. I thought it stayed quite warm/pleasant even on a cold morning. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Waffle combinations are A+ loved the chicken and waffle & caramel apple waffle. Gift store next door is convenient and has unique stuff as well!

It is a nice place for coffee and a sweet treat just a bit pricey so reserved for special occasions.
What a wonderful experience. The ambience was perfect. The waffles and coffee were super delicious. A lovely place to meet with friends. The Train Crew are top notch.
Not a waste of space. Best coffee in town. Hunny Bee lattes are exceptional. Iced or Hot. Do yourself a favour and stop by. You won't regret it. Also while your at it, grab a waffle. Or two.
Tasty meal and even tastier coffee. Cute. I'd have given it 5 stars if the fried chicken in the chicken and waffles were separated (chicken was embedded into waffle - crafty, but not what I really wanted). Could use one high protein breakfast alternative to carbs. Coffee brulee was neat.
Don’t pass up Brew@602!! Amazing coffee and waffles, impeccably clean, and totally unique cafe inside a train. Equally cool for kids and adults. While the food is excellent, the staff are the real stars. Thank you guys, see you next year (hopefully!)
Awesome Chicken and Waffles. Light and fluffy. AND, oh my, the glaze! It's absolutely heavenly. Absolutely worth a stop if you're in Soldotna, AK.
