Seasonal worker here looking forward to enjoying coffee shops and tipping well. Ordered a hot chocolate, which which was like hot water and milk with very little chocolate cocoa in it. Very bland and not enjoyable. Cafe has Nice decor. Cashier quoted higher price. 3.84 vs, correct 3.48, when I politely questioned it, she responded, "you really called me out on that"....Huh? Go to Art Rsurrect Cafe instead. Drinks are too pricey to take a chance on something that's not enjoyable to drink.

It's darker than a Winter's night inside. Looks closed from the outside. And it's not for 'environmental' reasons, because they use throw away coffee cups and plastic cutlery even when you eat in. Then the order arrives with half the listed ingredients missing.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD! Ordered a breakfast burrito that was advertised as egg, rice, beans, Siracha mayo and cheese. What I got was some pieces of egg thrown inside a tortilla with bits of undercooked rice and pasty cheese. No mayo, no dressing, no beans. I paid $17 for that nonsense. No pics because I had to throw it in the trash. Taking advantage of desperate tourists. Save your money and avoid if possible. Fancy names for the food, severely under quality.

Ordered Hunky Dory (ham egg and cheese) Panini and a breakfast burrito. After a 45 minute wait, the panini had no egg, half a slice of cheese and few slices of ham. Burrito rice was half cooked with missing salsa. Overpriced breakfast place for couple of slices of bread and semi cooked burrito after a 45 min wait.

Had ordered an avocado bagel !! Worst customer service !! They dint bother to assemble the avocado bagel !! The amount of cream cheese could suffice 5 people ! The cream cheese wasn’t even spread across the bagel !!

I would not recommend. We went 8/29 and got the veggie and salmon bagel. Looked and tasted worse than a sad continental breakfast. I have no remorse for the tough review because it’s pretty clear no effort was put in. Coffee was ok though.

We’ve come in the past and had great experiences, but we’re very disappointed this time. Maybe just a bad day, but our drink and food orders were lost and took a reminder and over 30 mins to come out. The lox plate was EXTREMELY disappointing. It came with as many capers as lox and only half cream cheese.

Clean place with helpfull staff. Nice music, and coffee is decent. Didn't eat there so I don't know what they are offering.

Great little place. Loved the Mainstay breakfast sandwich. My friend had a bowl that looked so yummy and healthy. Highly recommend. My sandwich, potatoes and dirty chai came out to be $20.

Nice little café with free WiFi and good food and beverage options. We came here twice for breakfast and enjoyed the baked oatmeal (pictured here) and the berrylicious smoothie bowl. The portions are pretty big and they also have a large selection of fresh pastries and day old ones ($2/pastry). The barista guy was a bit rude to us and did not get the size of our coffee orders right... twice. I also wish they had more reusable cutlery available for the many people who dine in to limit single-use plastics. Also noteworthy for parents: there's a changing table for babies in the restroom at the back.

We were visiting Seward for 3 days and just had to return for breakfast one more time before we left because we enjoyed it so much. Excellent food, friendly service, and a clean and comfortable setting make this place an exceptional choice for breakfast or lunch. Our favorite dishes were the baked oatmeal and the breakfast burrito. Delicious!

Bad spelling but decent food and coffee, albeit pricey. I feel like they could spice their food more, it was a bit bland.

Cute cafe, but the food was terrible and the drinks were not great, especially for the price. I got the breakfast burrito and it was just cold, unseasoned white rice and black beans with a chunk of avocado and unflavorful eggs. There might have been cheese on it but not enough to make a difference. My boyfriend got the hunky dory panini and was equally unimpressed. I really liked the vibe of the cafe, but just hope that they can improve the food. The smoothie bowls looked much better than our food, so maybe stick to those if you really want to go here!
