I have never booked a room before but it being the valleys only 24/7 restaurant, it's a good place to just go if you want to get out of the house at like 2am. I suggest the corn fritters and honey butter. The fries are good too.

It's a nice little quaint place to stay. I never stayed there before but I had breakfast there in the past. Everyone is really friendly and great service. I suggest bringing your own alcohol. It may be a little steep for some. Aces!

I didn't stay at the hotel but ate in the Cafe, and may I recommend a pizza. Mine I tried a chicken bacon ranch, had them add onions and cheddar, but the best idea came from my server to top it with the garlic oil they have and I can't even describe how awesome it tasted, or remember a better flavor experience with a Za!!

I ordered food they didn’t give me what I ordered. I ordered a supreme nacho and they didn’t put anything on it! I went back to say I didn’t order this and the girl behind the counter as soon as I walked in immediately very rudely said “WHAT” with the nastiest attitude, she went to get the manager and the manager was rude too! there was no customer service, they were all rude and should not be in the customer business! I later found out the girl behind the counter name who said “WHAT” was named Jenna and the manager is named April.

Great food at the cafe, cozy bar, liquor store, and decent rooms, all in the heart of downtown Palmer, Alaska. I would recommend any tourists searching for accommodations to book a stay at the Valley Hotel.

Beautiful views of the mountains from the Cafe windows. Food is superb. I didn't book a room however I imagine it's probably just as quality. A great place if you're hungry.

Staff is tolerant but very judgmental of any oddities or housing issues. The food is great n rooms are cozy .

Went yesterday with my sister and her family. The food was great! Excellent burger with crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and tomato. Fries were crispy and delicious! Michelle was attentive without being overbearing, and she kept the drink refills coming. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people!

Honestly I wish I could give a better review, I use to clean professionally so I know when a hotel room is not clean, the bathroom had hair all over it, the shower was discusting yellow with hair as well as the floor squished. The room had trash left behind and holes in the walls, the room itself was very small for the price, we went down to eat at the Cafe for breakfast on the 13th of December 2022 and the server behind the counter was very rude about our size, as well as the server that served us was very tip based and was so rude towards us and the customers next to us, she told the guy next to us to shut up so she could finish talking, I commend the people that were nice to us but I'm trying to be nice in the way of giving this place 3 stars because it was awful service, and the stay made me want to puke cause between the smell of the room and the room not being cleaned properly I'm sorry it just wasn't the best...Tha nk you.

I've been going to the V-ho for some 15 years now and it is damn near the quintessential Alaskan/American Diner. The prices have risen lately, but that's everywhere and everything lately. Open 24/7, it's a great choice after church and your only choice at 3am.

Great location in the center of downtown Palmer with plenty of parking. The rooms could use updates but the heat was kicking and they are plenty comfortable for a night or two. Highly recommend the 24/7 Cafe downstairs, the service was great and food excellent.

Dependable greasy spoon diner food at all hours. Best (if not only) 24/7 full service dining option in the Valley. Open on holidays too.

I have personally been eating here for many years, it's a very sentimental place for me. The food is always good, never had a bad meal. My family and I stay in the hotel once a year for the State Fair and the rooms are always clean. I never eat anywhere else when I'm in Palmer. I like to hike the old railroad grade out of Palmer in the early spring or late fall, and I always eat at the Valley Hotel before the trek, it's part of the tradition!
