Great cup of coffee served with love.
Food is wonderful and timely 😋 New chef Parking is tight with the transportation building next door in the most inappropriate prime property for buses.
Wonderful little coffee shop. Best coffee in the USA.
Great place for coffee and snacks. Hot lunches are the best - great cook!
Good beverages and the staff are always nice
Terrible Drive thru... and give sleeves for hot coffee served.
Coffee is ok, don’t order food. Apparently you have to go get your own food from the window. For a non-local this is something that I was not informed of. By the time I went up and asked, they said it’s right there, and it was cold. Just get coffee!!!
Every location in town doesnt know how to make a cold drink smoothies are watered diwn juice with warm whip on top chillichinos are like flavored milk they dont have patience to crush ice so they water down the drinks when they handed us our drinks they were already starting to look separated and gross we got watery strawberry juice so gross and it cost $14 im about to find a new place to go for my morning mocha because they are usually cool or extreamly hot i have gone to heritage every day for over 15 years and am so happy when i find a well made drink i feel every drink i order should be good not once in a while
Great and friendly staff. We needed to pickup up a quick breakfast to go with our coffee and they had good quick selections including a vegetarian burrito and assorted breakfast sandwiches.
bad service
Good coffee with nice breakfast selection
Great coffee
Coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ☕
Ordered two coffees and a breakfast melt and chicken wrap. Waited 20 mins for our food. One kind barista asked if we are still waiting for our food and checked it for us. After about 8 more mins I asked another barista if our order was ready she said “it would be ready when it’s done ” with a snarky tone. Stellar customer service would be to look through the tiny window and get a ETA on our order. The other baristas said usually orders take 10-15 mins however we waited 20 mins for a to go. Overall not the best experience with a snarky twenty something barista. Thank you to the girl that noticed we’ve been waiting a while for our food keep up the good work and set the example!
Great bistro
We came here since the heritage location downtown was so good-- we were definitely disappointed. The baristas/grill seemed to forget about our order, so we were waiting for 40 min with no word until we went up and checked on it. The people in front of us in line seemed to be in a similar situation. Not to mention the coffee was burned. Overall, I would not recommend.
I was visiting while on a cruise. The smell of the shop is a weird tea smell, not a good one. But whatever. And I don't care that the wait took awhile, there were many other tourists but it's the wait for my drink that is unacceptable. As someone who worked in a coffee shop, it shouldn't be so slow paced. The long blonde haired barista moved quite slowly and I was waiting for over 20 minutes for a single hot chocolate that I know from experience, is not hard to make. After I finally asked about it she located the ticket order and told me it got lost. She then went to start another order of hot chocolate but it was for someone else. She told me to wait another 5 minutes even though I told her I had a shuttle bus to catch. I don't know how things are in Alaska but as not just someone who worked in a coffee shop but someone who graduated from a culinary and hospitality institute, this is not the expected behavior from a food and drink worker. She should've made my drink immediately. I didn't even get a refund but I will be disputing the charge.
Please don't ask me 3 times if I want sauce with my burrito and then not give me any. Burrito tasted stale and old.
Great mochas
Better than Starbucks
