The vibes are peaceful and i just had the best ding dang vanilla chai ive ever had
I came in and ordered coffee and a bagel with butter. I paid for my order but the bagel came out with cream cheese. I told the lady I ordered butter, but she said she couldn't give me butter, only cream cheese! Then why didn't they tell me that when I ordered?! No refund offered and I didn't take the bagel. As far as I know they put it back in the display case to resell to someone else. I basically paid $8.50 for a cup of coffee.

The only way this place has a 4.2 rating is because of the coffee. The food is horrible. They shouldn’t be selling food. The breakfast potato bowl with peppers and mushrooms (sounds good right?), WRONG. It was literally tater tots with what looked like freeze dried mushrooms and peppers thrown in. Hard pass on the food.
Nice place. Bought coffee beans to make pour over coffee at home. Good coffee drink.
The service was good but my caramel Latte was carameless and the BLT was 17$!$! And let me tell you that Sandwich was NOT worth it. Fatty bacon with to much lettuce and one slice of tomato. ON DRY BREAD! the only reason I didn't give this place one star is because the decorations are ok. 2 stars
Just a minute ago, Casher told me "No Wifi" even after I bought a coffee. I checked about this place before and was also told by local people this place provides wifii, I was very disappointed by this blonde long hair cashier, She's discriminating tourists..Big disappointment in Alaska.
It was decent! It was definitely busy with all the cruise ship tourists, and the staff were doing their best.
Girls at the front have attitude and dismissive. First time in Juneau had a bad experience. Ordered my latte but was given to someone and gave me a new one but half full.
Hope you don't have allergies. They don't know or care what's in their food. They just want to move on to the next person. Order quick and get out of their hair. I wonder if the owners know that.
Grab some coffee while you are there. Simple, good coffee visited by tons of locals.
The long haired blonde at the counter was rude. Asked about house coffee if dark roast and curtly said no it is medium so I said just a tall and room for cream, she quickly said they put it in, I said I like to put it in myself, she quickly and rudely told me I could not touch it. So I asked if a little could go into a cup for me, she quickly said we have to charge you a 1.00 for the cup. I said ok please put it in, and I asked if I need more can I ask for more, yah she said took my money and NO thank you. My husband was planning to get a latte when we first walked in, but quickly decided not to give them his money after the responses of the rude employee. Besides their coffee is mediocre at best. Here from a cruise ship would have appreciated better customer service.
Decent coffee, though waiting 15 minutes for drip coffee, and then getting the wrong type (wanted the flavored drip, got regular) made it not super great

The place is usually busy and has a lot of seating area. I have been here a few times and I have to say, it is a great spot to relax comparing to other areas. Wi-Fi is a problem, maybe they need a better system. Great choices for drinks and ready food. Kitchen is usually closed.
Customer service was terrible…didn’t know how to make an affogato, however it was on their menu. Then she just threw it together and was not made right. Two girls were very rude when I said this isn’t being a great customer experience and she said I don’t understand what your problem is. I’m normally one of the nice customers everywhere but this was a very rude and not customer oriented. Will not go again on our next cruise.

Best coffee in the state. Super dark roasts and cool cafe.
Solid coffee joint in Juneau. Good roast on the drip. Alternative milks available if you are a latte person. Good vibe, decent service. Good for an after lunch coffee fix.
