Our family of four ate here this morning and it was delicious! Kiddos had the strawberry waffle with Nutella. Hubby and I had chicken & waffle with gravy. Food was delish, coffee was hit & smooth, restroom was clean. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast!

Didn't get what I ordered. I wanted chicken and apple. First they made the apple but no chicken. Then I asked for the real thing, they gave me spicy chicken with no apple. That was after it had gotten cold on the order counter. Just stick to one topping. Any more than that they get very confused.

01.06.2023 Update: Had the worst meal possible this evening and so disappointed. Take out order - no one in the cafe, was told it'd take 30 minutes. After a short wait, burgers were up. 10 minute drive home. Not only was the order wrong, the burgers were stone cold. And not traveled-in-the-car cool, but stone-leftover-from-lunch cold. So disappointing and waste of $$. If it wasn't such an inconvenience, would have turned around and returned them for replacements. Not a great representation of what we have generally found to be good eats. ~~~ Great new addition to the area. While it's not out of this world, burgers were great. Tall and filled with goodies. Love the ability to customize toppings (caramelized onions? Whaaat?!?). Owner (I'm assuming) was visible and attentive. Chicken sandwich was great; tacos were sloppy and tasty. Haven't tried waffles yet, but they're on the list as are the milkshakes! Expect continued improvement as they work through the new biz bugs...but will definitely make this a regular haunt. Thanks!

The Denver omelette was delicious. I ordered an iced chai latte and think I got a regular latte instead. The view, although overcast on the day I was there, was still really delightful! Loved watching the show fall while having breakfast.

We ordered the chicken sandwich (chicken tenders, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, mayo and a large serving of fries) it was tasty the fries were good and the sandwich hit the spot. Only improvement would be ditch the tenders and fry up a single chicken filet. And the auke bay club. Same results. Tasty sammich and large portion of delicious fries. Cook don't change a thing. Lastly we ordered a strawberry milkshake..... This is where it takes a turn. We were the 3rd of three groups in the restaurant, ordered and received our number to take to our table. We sat at a very dirty table surrounded by other dirty tables. 1 girls whole job appeared to be delivering sodas (which could easily be handed at the counter) and the other spent 10 minutes filling the water container then proceeded to take a long lunch break and managed to recieve her food before any of the paying customers. The last young lady was apparently running the show, doing amazing. With this lack of effort the lunch rush came in and swamped them, ending our lunch without receiving the milkshake and watching numerous patrons not receive food in a timely manner as the girls rushed to clean tables and spent most of the time asking each table what food they ordered (making the number system fairly useless) and turning to the one girl to make milkshakes and scoop icecream. Tighten up the service a little bit and you have yourself a fantastic diner stop with decent food at a decent price. Thanks for reading

First time here. We bought a cinnamon roll, red bull, and strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was very artificial tasting (never saw the ingrediants but I'm doubting it was anything more than a powder mix). The cinnamon roll was complete garbage. Large, but tasted like an old flat over cooked pancake. The frosting was on the side and consisted of nothing more than powdered sugar and water. Not even my 4 year old wanted to eat it. The redbull was good and the girls at the counter were nice. I'll try it again but stay away from baked goods. Perhaps the breakfasts are better? Overall I was not impressed. Too bad because it's a great location.

First off, I’d like to say that I don’t like ragging on local businesses so I’ll start with the positives. Staff was very polite and helpful. The food is decent and not outrageously expensive as is common in Juneau. The view out across Auke Bay harbor is world class, of course. However, every time I’ve come into this place to pick up my food I’ve noticed the state of the floors. Today I finally dined in and, while waiting for my food I was left with nothing to do but study the accumulated grime in the cafe. Please, sweep your floors more often. Food from previous diners was everywhere on the floor. It doesn’t look like there’s been a proper mop job in months. Grime has accumulated around table legs and at the foot of booths. Black spots that are easily removed by scuffing them with a shoe are all too common. The floor has a noticeable texture when you walk across it. Smudges of meals gone by can be seen on walls and other surfaces as well. The sit down and pick up experience could be improved remarkably by some quick cleaning.

The employees were good people and really made the experience worth the trip from South Douglas. It was already a great place, and the food was very good. To top it off, they had keto desserts.

Food was overpriced and terrible service was terrible. Cafe felt dirty. I never leave a negative review but this place deserves it and needs to make significant changes to be even acceptable.
