The salty restaurant is the one with the boat fyi
amazing coffee with a great view!
Wanted to try and save the rating for this spot caught in the crossfire! Everyone saw the seaplane video and heard the rumors that the crazy boat driver was the owner of the Saltry restaurant- that's a DIFFERENT spot that Halibut Cove Coffee House! Please do your research before trying to tank a business, this shop is not owned by the woman attacking the seaplane
A very nice and friendly coffee stop during our kayaking adventure. Definitely worth the stop.
The owner, Marion Beck has an ego problem, causes physical harm to other residents and has smelly armpits.
People - Please be aware this IS NOT the Saltry Resturaunt owned by Marian Beck. This is a totally different establishment and had nothing to do with the interference of seaplane operarions in the cove.
Disgusting owner.
Had really bad food poisoning from this place! Also no parking for my seaplane.
Requires a vaccination card to get served. This is Alaska. Not California. Also thinks she owns the water in the cove and tries swamping sea planes with her own boat. Pack up and the hell out. Nobody wants that kind of disrespect here.
They DO NOT have seaplane friendly parking :(
Fun stop, beautiful location, great service, excellent coffee
